His friendly demeanor, and willingness to work with me, as I had already had a buyer for my current Jeep. Joe was super helpful with my buyer/trade. I was impressed! Joe found the Chervy Colorado I was looking for within that first day. We looked at others, but I came back to that one. On day of delivery, Joe took the time to go through the vehicle and features. He covered everything before he sent me on my way. I am happy I stayed local, and bought from Joe! I would recommend Dan Young GM to friends and family. I would also direct them to Joe Cottingham as well. So easy to work with. He is very thorough in what he does and makes everything work smoothly!

I was trying to buy a Toyota Hylander from this dealership and David Rhum is who contacted me after an internet inquiry. He was very upfront about everything taking his time to explain everything. Unfortunately due to a dealership rule, he could not sell this type of vehicle to me because I lived too far away. Most salespeople would then not talk to you. Not Mr. Rhum - he continued to assist by answering questions and letting me know where the make and model of the vehicle was available and at which dealership. I've already been to the parts department to buy a roof rack and they were very nice and helpful as well. If going to Toyota of Muncie ask for David Rhum, if you get 1/2 of the service and assistance that he gave us - you will already be at 100%.

2025 GMC Acadia review
I saw this car driving by the dealership and automatically was drawn to it because of its color. GMC calls it brown but one print out called it crystal metallic purple. It changes colors depending on the weather. I love the handling, the dash and all the bells and whistles! My grandchildren love how much room that it has!
