I recently bought a beautiful GMC Yukon Denali Ultimate from Robert Brogden GMC, and I have to say the entire experience was outstanding thanks to two incredible people: Jimmy and Paul. Jimmy, my salesman, was fantastic from start to finish. He was patient, knowledgeable, and never once pressured me. He took the time to walk me through all the features of the Yukon Denali Ultimate, answered every question I had (and I had a lot!), and made sure I felt completely confident in my decision. He truly listened to what I wanted and helped me get exactly the vehicle I was looking for. Then came Paul in finance ? what a pro! He made the financing process smooth, transparent, and actually enjoyable (which I didn?t think was possible). He explained everything clearly, got me a great rate, and handled all the paperwork without any surprises or hidden fees. His calm, professional approach took all the stress out of the money side of things. Together, Jimmy and Paul turned what is usually a long, stressful car-buying day into a genuinely positive experience. Pre visit was great. Salesman took a video of the car for me so I could inspect the vehicle further. Sales process was a little long. It a bigger dealership so they have their process to go through. Fair negotiation. Took a while to get to the finance office to close the deal. It’s a bigger dealership and it was a Saturday so expected. Overall good experience. I went to 6 other dealers and this why by far the best.
