I had an issue with an exhaust leak. I called set up an appointment and arrived my car was taken almost immediately and Nick was very courteous and told me he would have the car done around noon. At about 11:15 he called and let me know my car was ready and they found and fixed the leak. The Crippen shuttle picked me up within a half hour and was was out of the dealership by noon. I have been a customer of Crippen for more 20 years and have always been satisfied with the service.

2026 GMC Acadia review
This car has all the features of most higher priced luxury cars. Very quiet ride and super comfortable seats and a large display screen for showing driving directions and those are also on the front dashboard next to the speedometer. I bought the Elevation version and it comes with a rear hitch.

2026 GMC Acadia review
Great vehicle. Has great features and it is a very smooth ride. It is quiet on the road. Great gas mileage (over 28 mpg combination town and road).

Coles is the only dealership my wife and I use. Most transactions take place via phone text which I like. We have bought and leased several vehicles from them. The buying end of the process is wonderful from sales person to finance. Service dept has always stepped up to our needs and concerns some bumps but that is expected when you just want your vehicle perfect. Vehicles are man made and even factories get things wrong and we expect the service dept to get it right and of course customers always right lol. They have guide lines and protocols to follow like any other dealership but at the end we have always felt good about the service we have received thus far.
