Awesome experience. The sales process was great. Had added options added to car and the service department was excellent. Also, had a minor fender bender. The body shop experience was smooth and fast. This is an excellent dealership.

Found a really nice looking car on their site but the communication wasn't great trying to find out information about it. I wanted to find out about the details of buying a car that was rebuilt but never did hear back from them.
I was trying to find a particular trim Toyota 4Runner the online crew labeled it incorrectly BUT before I knew this was the case I had a great experience speaking with Don G, Lead Salesman Pre Owned. He called and helped me so much sending me photos of the vehicle immediately because it was newly listed with no photos taken yet. I was willing to make the long haul from Indianapolis sorry we couldn't make a deal after seeing the listing showed the wrong trim level but thank you for all the help!
Within the past year I have purchase two Jeeps there, and each time I purchase one I dealt with Mark McQ. Mark is a excellent salesman, very friendly, makes a person feel at home. I'm sure I will be back there sometime, providing Mark is still there, if not I will probably go purchase a vehicle where ever he might be selling cars. Mark is an asset to your company, I don't know what he is paid, but he would be worth more to keep him. The process in purchasing my two Jeeps went very well, everyone was a great help.
I came in looking for a decent car. I still owed on mine I had at the time. so, I wasn't sure if I could get a new car. The staff was amazing in trying to help me. We were looking at 2016 models and I wasn't approved but the sales rep. Joe bradshaw, wanted to help me get the car I wanted. He looked to see if I was able to get a 2017 because there were more rebates. He is by far the most caring sales person I have ever met. The car buying process isn't really ever fast but the chrysler team and him made it so much more enjoyable. I will be going here again for my next car. I would recommend this dealer everyday of the week. I can also say they're the best car dealer I have EVER been to hands down.
I have had several horrible salesman, 2 have been really good guys. I bought a Duramax Denali thru Eugene and he went above and beyond his obligation. He went out of his way to send extra pics. and if I ask about a certain option or if there was a ball in the bed? He answered all questions promptly and honestly. Usually I have seen cut and dry finance people but Angie made it fun and I smiled and some cute jokes should passed along. I drove over 300 miles,from middle Tn. My wife and I recently moved from Sydney, Australia. After finding the car we were after we contacted Eugene. He responded quickly and thoroughly to our questions. He sent through detailed pictures of some damage that was on the car and was completely honest about its condition. When we drove to the dealer from St Louis (2 hours) we received great service when we got to the yard. The car was ready and waiting for us to test drive. Eugene answered our many questions without any frustration Once we decided to purchase we spoke with Eugene and his manager Tom (?). They drove a hard but honest deal. They were even willing to take $100 off because we had "honest faces". :) Service was above and beyond from all staff. Car was in excellent condition when we collected it. I would recommend this dealership and Eugene specifically to anyone in the St Louis area that needs a anew or used vehicle. It is worth the drive.
My trade-in was appraised by book instead of condition and appearace. Price of car increased from time of phone call for information until viewing car. Mistakes were made on paperwork causing delays in registering car.
