Chris, the service manager, and his team make the experience a pleasant experience. This is a result of their ability to identify and fix issues with the vehicle but with the personality that they also have. They engage with me, are always friendly but not patronizing, and add to the clarity that is often missing with customer - service interactions.

2022 GMC Sierra 1500 review
My 2022 GMC Sierra 3.0 Duramax pickup truck is a good truck. I work on a farm and I also drive an hour to see my girlfriend. For the farm, it has excellent towing capability and for the hour long drive to go see my girlfriend, depending on the weather for traveling, I can get up to 35 miles to the gallon!

Joie Mullen, our trusted service adviser, informed me the State Multipoint Inspection revealed front brakes/pads/rotors needed to be replaced which was completed that day! Joie found the front tire had a leak coming from the rim and resealed the tire to the rim. The right front tire needing to be resealed shows the attention to detail Joie?s team shows. Years when I was on the road flying out Sunday night and returning Friday night Herb Connolly Chevrolet always help my wife care for our two cars in a way that made her safe and secure. Trusted service advisors, e.g. Joie Mullen, is the major reason for our dealership selection and continued patronage. We came in and initially were met by Sal. He was a delight. He then directed us to Kevin, one of the salesmen. What a pleasure! Kevin was so nice. We discussed what I was looking for, and he already knew what he had to show me. We took a couple test drives, and he knew every detail about each vehicle. He knew I was specific about certain features, so he made sure to show me exactly what the vehicle featured that would spark my interest. He saw the condition of my trade and knew that I take great care of my trucks. So, he made sure to let me know that the material of the new vehicle's interior, required a specific way of cleaning to avoid any damage to the microfiber suede. Those are details that customers appreciate. Kevin was so thorough. We decided on the Acadia Denali Ultimate and upon pickup, Kevin made sure he did another thorough run through. This vehicle had some new features my prior truck did not have so he wanted to make sure I was comfortable navigating its system. We had some great conversations while we waited on paperwork. He was very personable. I cannot recommend Kevin enough to purchase a vehicle from. I could go on about our experience, but overall, it was amazing and I highly recommend Kevin & Banks for your next purchase.

My vehicle was in for an Oil Change, Air Filter replacement, and new tires. The service dept ran into an issue getting my vehicle to align properly after multiple attempts with different technicians. Know that I was waiting at the location for my vehicle the Service Manager informed me of the issue and what was done to correct it to that point. He offered me the option of dropping off my vehicle a different day so they could get the issue taken care of. He also gave me a vehicle to use while my vehicle was being repaired as well as matching the tire price and even found a rebate on the tires I purchased. I purchased my vehicle at this location and would recommend Weirs Motor Sales in Arundel Maine to anyone looking for a GMC vehicle.

2022 GMC Sierra 1500 review
Waiting for the Refreshed 2022 AT4 was well worth it! With all the manufacturing issues today, building and shipping was slow, but understandable. Love the truck and the features! Fit is perfect and quality is #1. Pricing was too high but all vehicles are running this way. You get what you pay for and this truck is perfect! I have owned many trucks and this by far is the best. The latest features are beyond most other makes and GM has thought this truck through from front to rear.
