Service was Fantastic! and Super Fast..The 3 Men who assisted us was so very nice and Polite..Unfortunately the Female at the Middle Desk wasn't friendly and must have been having a Bad Day..She ignored our Presents and When she finally spoke she actually Yelled to us to asked Our Names,No Noise was in Area..Snotty.Almost walked out! But the Heroes came up and Saved the day..Kim was one of them..He is a Guy.
Awesome experience. The sales process was great. Had added options added to car and the service department was excellent. Also, had a minor fender bender. The body shop experience was smooth and fast. This is an excellent dealership.
I give Lutesville Ford my highest recommendation possible. I've purchased many vehicles from private sellers as well as dealerships in the past; Their whole staff/facility/experience at this dealership is top notch. I live in Minneapolis, MN and flew down to the Cape Girardeau airport to look at the truck I had my eye on. (I ultimately purchased it from them) The dealership is located roughly 30 minutes away from the airport and they were more than willing to send a courtesy car to pick me up so I didn't have to take a cab. I'm a mechanic myself, and was very happy to see that this truck was not falsely advertised online, and actually exceeded my expectations upon inspection. (Which was a good thing considering I drove the truck 10.5 hours after buying it back to Minnesota with no issues whatsoever) The whole staff was friendly (not the "fake friendly" that some dealers show to make a sale). These people I truly felt were genuine and run a fantastic operation. Everyone from the courtesy car driver, to the salesman, to the gal in financing, and the folks at the front desk made me feel like a friend of theirs, and a customer that matters. Even though they're almost 11 hours away from me, if the need arises for another vehicle, I won't hesitate to make the extra effort to come see them again. I heard their dealership has been in business for over 80 years... They're obviously doing something right here. My trade-in was appraised by book instead of condition and appearace. Price of car increased from time of phone call for information until viewing car. Mistakes were made on paperwork causing delays in registering car.
Found a really nice looking car on their site but the communication wasn't great trying to find out information about it. I wanted to find out about the details of buying a car that was rebuilt but never did hear back from them.
