Jim Malisow is the wonderful, personable salesman who sold me my car. The very first thing he did was offer me coffee. He took a lot of time with me to answer all my questions. He made sure I knew everything worked in the car - blue tooth, cruise, etc. - before I drove the car home. He even picked me up in White Bear Lake and drove me to the dealership in Golden Valley the day I got my car. The design and look of the dealership is beautiful! The car comes with unlimited car washes. I highly recommend Jim and Morrie's.
I put in an order for a 2018 Toyota Highlander without AWD. It had all the other features I wanted, especially the color and trailer hitch. I thought I could live without AWD. After a few days I called back to cancel and get a refund of my deposit. The salesperson asked why and I told him the car did not have AWD and I decided not to buy because of that. He said ok and forwarded my call to the person who would refund my deposit. I got the refund in 3 days.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

Dave was very helpful in explaining all the features of this auto. There was absolutely no pressure on his part to sell us this van. We went and left a few times to think about the buying of this van. There were no phone calls made by Dave asking unnecessary questions about a potential sale. All of our communication was warm and friendly. He explained all the additional options we could have purchased in buying this van. There was no pressure on his part to push us into buying any of these add-ons. He went the extra mile to close this deal in a very warm and comfortable manner. the service reps are always polite and professional. They have serviced both CR-Vs pretty much exclusively for 10 years. I have never once had any issues with the repairs--done right once. Turn around always same day and usually in 1-2 hours (except routine oil change which is faster)The customer lounge is spacious and they even have private areas to work while you wait. They have shuttle service to drop off and pickup when done--the whole thing top to bottom is great
Brandon was patient, thorough, informative, personable, and not pushy at all throughout my entire buying process. Not for one minute did I feel pressured into upgrading this or that until I had made my decision on an item. He brought joy and personality to the information he presented me with so that I was able to make the most informed and knowledgeable decision in a vehicle that I could have possibly made. All the staff were genuinely excited for my purchase and what it meant for me and reinforced that if I had any issues, questions, or concerns that I could contact them at any time.
Slavic was a very friendly face to see when I came in. He was very informative and took his time to walked me through the details of the car. He noticed that I was cold and offered me coffee which was very mindful. His personality is simply magnetic! Last but not least, the restroom were clean which was a great plus.
I gave it 5 stars because it deserves five stars I would recommend this dealership to anybody and Douglas made us welcomed at the car dealership and made sure everything was good on the vehicle before we took it very nice guy
Steve was a pleasure to work with. Greeted us the minute we walked into Ryan Auto Mall. Asked the right questions to put us into the vehicle that fits our needs, made us feel very comfortable, you can tell he loves his work and is very good at it.
