I purchased a Ford Fusion from Chevyford Motorplex. Days later, I had some issues that were not under warranty. The owners were under no obligation to try and help me. But they did. The problem was difficult to diagnose, but they continued to work until the problem was solved. The owners are knowledgeable, generous, polite, and helpful after the sale. They will definitely get my business next time I'm in need of a used car.

This wasn't the vehicle I'd gone to the lot to see... But it was parked 2 vehicles down, and the price was $3000 cheaper!! It even has more bells and whistles than the Toyota I'd initially planned on getting. Awesomeness!!

Really nice to drive! Extremely comfortable almost like a recliner!! Sturdy and solid! GM had issues with certain years for oil consumption is the only issue. I understand GM is making good on it now! As long as it’s checked over otherwise these are extremely nice cars!!

Mac Haik Southway Ford. This is the first time I have dealt with this dealership. I had a young salesman that approached me by the name of Issac Flores. I immediately told him I was not in the market for a vehicle, but I just wanted to look around to see what was available in their F150 XLT with an Ecoboost engine. He invited me inside the dealership and retrieve some keys to show me a few F150 that I wanted to see. After looking at several F150?s. Mr. Flores asked if I would like to take a test drive on one of the F150?s we looked at. I selected one of the Trucks to test drive. While on a test Drive, Mr. Issac Flores was very familiar with all of the instruments and technical aspects of the vehicle. He was kind enough to explain in detail what this vehicle had to offer and what all the improvements this Truck has compared to my 2011 F150XLT. Issac Flores was not a high pressure salesman. He was very patient and knew his vehicle?s. He was a true professional. Not once did he try to pressure me into purchasing any of the vehicles we looked at. His main concern was to look at a vehicle that I want. And to make sure I get what I want in a vehicle and price that I thought was fair. All the negotiating was done between me and Mr. Flores. There were no going back and forth to a sales manager. Or anyone else like the other dealership do. No playing game?s negotiating. Again No pressure sales.This dealership made me feel Like I was home. They were all welcoming and made you feel like part of the family. After negotiations, I decided to purchase the F150 that I test drove. The price was right and I couldn?t pass up a great deal. The only reason I purchased the vehicle was because of Mr. Issac Flores. I fell in love with my GMC Terrain when I test drove it and have not lost that loving feeling! I have received tons of compliments on it.

This was my first time buying a car out of state and John Reyes made it as smooth as possible. He was always answering my (many) questions in a very timely manner and there were no hidden costs or fees. I had an issue with the shipping company, but that is a 3rd party which shipped my car from Texas to California so that is not his fault. He also said I would not need to go to the DMV, but that was not quite true (I had to go once for a VIN verification appointment). Assuming he did not know that, I would say this was an overall good buying experience, especially for my first out of state purchase. Overall would recommend (again, my experience was completely online (out of state), John seems like a very nice guy and will answer all of your questions and give you a no-BS out the door price. The GMC Terrain is a very dependable auto that I have had no issues. The model is the AT4, which has the headsup display. Interior is nice with leather and all the electronics options.

We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!

I have owned 5 of the 2018-19 terrains. I have had the 1.5 gas, 2.0 gas and the 1.6 diesel. The power on the 2.0 is awesome. Mileage on the 1.5 is good. Mileage on the 1.6 diesel is great. I have 336,000 miles on my diesel. It has had lots of issues due to emissions and transmissions. Last week it got a new engine as well. The car is a great car but I would recommend the 1.5 gas for most people. The terrain is comfortable and makes a great work or travel vehicle. Size is easy to park with plenty of leg room.

I had my 2020 Terrain for 5 years before I had any major issues out of it. My brake booster needed replaced. After about a month of it being out the shop someone hit and totaled it. Very sad day. I love my Terrain

To be honest, this SUV impressed me with the great performance even with the small 1.5 liter engine, and huge space inside, it rides like a bigger vehicle, very responsive on the highway and very quiet cabin. My wife really liked it.
