I am proud to say that i can update a prior review of an oil leak on a remanufactured engine that the service department installed. After a conversation with General Manager and his review of my oil leak it has been repaired. I wish that i had not had to go as high up the ladder as i did, but the outcome was good.
I just recently purchased a car from Hatchett, and my experience was phenomenal! John was extremely helpful and informative, he treated me like I was part of the family rather than just a stranger buying a car! The environment was friendly and inviting, even on a rainy day! Everyone on the staff was great, I bought a car from 500 miles away, Jimmy pointed out and took pictures of small flaws that I wouldn't have noticed to make sure there were no surprises, I was in and out in less than an hour and I was completely happy with the entire process!
I really liked the buying experience at Davis Moore Chevrolet. The showroom is spotless, and everyone is friendly. I went online to build my vehicle so I knew which options I wanted and which I didn’t. They found the exact model and brought it to Wichita for my wife to test drive. Wally Awadallah was our sales rep (again this visit) and could not have been more helpful! I am a repeat customer because I like the people and the environment. It’s professional and not a ‘circus’ environment like some of the competition.
Flew in from SoCal for a special 2015 Camaro Convertible I found on line. My sales rep was Emily. She had everything ready including a detailed car and all paperwork. She made the process easy and stress free. Emily invited me to have a quick lunch while I was there. The dealership puts out a deli sandwich and pizza spread on Saturdays. My salesman Nate showed us all the features on a new CT6 but they didn’t have the color I wanted. Another salesman overheard me wanting a white one and about 15 mins later pulled up with a 2017 that had everything I wanted . They let me take it overnight and I came back and bought it . Couldn’t be happier.
I bought my first car, with my dad, from them 20 years ago when I was in high school. My drive to work car, finally died, so I needed another one. I was lucky and found exactly the truck I wanted back at this lot. The owner and son were as helpful and pleasant to talk to, just as I remember them 20 years ago. I'm not kidding. They are great! My next car, I will try this lot first, before anyone else. There's no hassle. There's no pressure. There's no crappy feeling you get when you leave another lot. It's just a father and son selling some cars at honest prices, at least that's my opinion. Thank you.
I found a vehicle online and was contacted by one of the sales staff. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and was extremely helpful in answering questions. I live several hours from the dealership and asked if they would meet me halfway to complete the deal. I've done this in the past when purchasing a vehicle some distance from my home. The salesman instantly agreed, saying that wouldn't be a problem. As we negotiated for the truck, the salesman was quick to respond and went above and beyond in answering my questions.
We purchased a Buick Enclave at Midway Motors from Brad Klatt. He was helpful, professional, and listened to what our needs were.
There were a lot of new features, and he went the extra mile to show us how the items worked. We would recommend Brad highly!
