We have been buying from John for years. He has made our experience with Grogan a pleasure and will not purchase anywhere else. The accounting department was ready for us when we came in and made things quick. We have never experienced any issues and don???t intend to based on the level of service Grogans employees provide. This car is one of the best I have ever owned. The technology that cars have now is so impressive and the terrain has everything I need. It drives comfortablely and smooth. Gas mileage is good. I can see this car lasting my many years to come!
Ultimately I did not end up purchasing the vehicle that I spent a lot of time looking at, but I thought it worthwhile to write a review of my experience. My first contact was Blaine, the Sales Manager. He was incredibly nice and had his consultant Cody call me with all the information I requested. Cody was knowledgable and what he didn't know he tried to find out for me. There was no pressure and I would not hesitate to send someone there who was looking for a preowned vehicle. They had a very nice selection of cars.

I have only owned my 2016 GMC Terrain Denali v6 for two weeks now but I absolutely love it! It has a comfortable ride and plenty of room for 4 adults. It can hold 5 people, but to get three in the back I'd think they would have to be slimmer adults, or kids, to sit comfortably. The middle console is really deep, up to your elbow deep. I'm tall and with the seat back you have to reach for the door controls. I'm constantly letting down the back window by mistake when I'm trying to let down the driver side window. The remote start and heated seats are wonderful on cold days! There is a slight vibration when turning the wheel from park. I took it to a dealership where they told me this is a known issue with the V6 Terrain (the 4 cylinder doesn't have this issue apparently). Other than that, so far so good! It has back up camera, blind spot monitoring, lane departure warning, collision warning with brake assist and other safety features. My other vehicle is almost 15 years old so it's taking me a while to get used to all this new technology!
We have confidence in the team of people who keep our Toyota???s in hood condition. Their reminders help us stay up to date with maintenance. Explanations nd print-outs of performed service are thorough.

This is my favorite vehicle that I have owned. It is so comfortable and quiet and the ease and comfort makes me feel luxurious. I would change nothing about it.
Had a very good experience at carsmart. Anthony was very helpful and put me in the car i wanted fast! I highly recommend CarSmart. I had a friend suggest it to me and checked out the reviews online & decided to give it a chance. Very friendly environment and the sales people seemed very trustworthy. I have had a bad experience in the past with other dealerships and am very happy with my decision to come to CarSmart.

Love that it not to large. Very comfortable and has great features. Fun to drive, great gas mileage, and looks very stylish and expensive. Makes friends envious.
I checked out the web looking for cars in my area and found a couple that I was interested in. Donny took care of me and secured an offer for my trade-in that I was happy with, provided excellent customer service and we loved the car. The past 4 years with this vehicle have been reliable. I've been able to save gas while having the space to move around with family or to other cities, the interface is simple and straight forward, so knowing when a oil change is coming to maintain the vehicle to good performance helped me a lot.
The power steering is electronic so there is no need to check for fluids there, the wheel is always soft and easy to drive.
I received one initial contact call from Mark Williams after an inquiry into leasing an Equinox. Mr. Williams was professional, very accommodating and not pushy in any way, upfront and honest. Mark was able to meet all my requests & needs on my lease in an extremely timely manner, and thorough throughout my experience at Stanford Allen. I will DEFINITELY refer him to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

This [SUV] IS ONE OF THE BEST VEHICLE I EVER BOUGHT....& OWN! I WILL RECOMMEND THIS MACHINE TO ANYONE, FAMILY MEMBERS AND FRIENDS.... YOU CAN'T GO WRONG ?
After 2 days they gave us a car to drive. Has to figure out what was wrong, order parts. Had the car Monday morning to Friday afternoon. New car only have had since April. Were told it would be clean and have fuel in it. Was clean but told ???you will have to get gas!??? Fuel light was on when I got in. Was not happy at all with the overall way thru handled the situation!!!!

This SUV drives more like a car and not like a truck. It is pretty good on gas, better on hwy than street way. I have owned for one month now and have gotten pretty comfortable with driving a SUV again big difference from the Camaro as far as acceleration, but once it gets going you won't even realize you are going over 70 mph...that smooth of a ride. The only con so far is there is a traction button that auto on when start so you have to remember to click off unless weather is bad like rain and you need extra traction.
Joshua was fantastic! I’m so pleased! From the first day of looking for a new car, to the day I picked mine up, everything went perfect!

I originally had a 2015 terrain which was AWD and loved it. After leasing my current 2017 Terrain - which is FWD -I feel the car is tailored for a man. The finger holds on the steering wheel, for example, are sized for a man - my hand just doesn’t grip properly. My next vehicle I would like to find something that rides a little less like a “truck” and the Bluetooth has never worked properly which was used by Gavin as a selling point.
Just bought a new 2019 AWD Traverse. Extremely happy with our salesperson Kevin. They took care of everything including the license plate. Definitely look forward to working with Kevin and Knapp Chevy when it comes time to buy our next vehicle.

This car has met my needs FOR SURE. Great on gas and drives with ease! I love it! Easy to operate and I enjoy the design, It comfortably fits my children and it is very spacious.
I walked in Thursday and drove off with a vehicle thanks to Michael White I had a great experience I would recommend a family member or friend there anytime. He actually took his time and really showed that he cared.

This vehicle from the start had issues. At 2,000 miles the auto stop feature failed and I was stuck in the middle of an intersection. I had to turn the vehicle off and restart it to get the engine to re-engage. Which then I got pulled over from a police officer because I hesitated too long at the intersection. The dealership had it for 1.5 weeks as it needed a new battery and cam shaft cylinoids. The local dealership had been great but GM directly is horrible. It now has radio software issues that I have had it in now twice for it and still isn't working properly. I had a 2017 Acadia before this one that was so unsafe GM ended up buying back from me. I will buy from the dealership again but I will never ever purchase anything from General Motors again.
I loved Al Steinle Jr our salesman. He is so great to work with. Going over ever detail in the car, getting OnStar set up for me, setting up my Bluetooth. I know if I ever have any questions, I can go see any of the salemen out there, and they would be more than willing to help me. Best service around. Thanks to the Clyde dealership also, they was a great help also.
