2019 GMC Terrain review
I brought this truck in 2019. I kept taking it back to the dealership to get tweaked several times. Once it was figured out, never got any problems ever again. A little weak on the power side, but, other than that, its a magnificent vehicle. A total work horse. Great on gas. It is totally worth it.

My vehicle was in for an Oil Change, Air Filter replacement, and new tires. The service dept ran into an issue getting my vehicle to align properly after multiple attempts with different technicians. Know that I was waiting at the location for my vehicle the Service Manager informed me of the issue and what was done to correct it to that point. He offered me the option of dropping off my vehicle a different day so they could get the issue taken care of. He also gave me a vehicle to use while my vehicle was being repaired as well as matching the tire price and even found a rebate on the tires I purchased. When I bought my car, I also decided to purchase the extended warranty. About six months later my transmission developed a problem. I called Darren (service manager) on a Friday and told him about my problem. He had me come in the following Monday morning running some diagnostic test. He needed to run some more test the fallowing day so I took my car back again so that they could recheck again. Darren was communicating with the insurance company during my visits. Darren called me the following Friday with the good news that the extended warranty was replacing my transmission with a new one. That was on February 6th. Well with absolutely no fault of the Crafts, Crafts waited until May 6 to receive the new transmission. It was on backorder all that time. With numerous calls from Christine (service writer at Crafts) to Rowe KIA then to me. She was upbeat all the time, but she understood my situation. I cannot thank her enough for keeping me informed and checking with Rowe Kia. Darren was also very helpful and i believe he did what he could. Darren and Chrisetine were awesome, A great team. Crafts got the Tranny on a Wed., got my car same day and it was ready the following Monday. I cannot say enough good about Crafts! Great to work with and also very concerned about me, the customer. Also, tranny was covered 100% by the extended warranty. A huge thank you to the Crafts team. You guys are the BEST!!! Denny from Sabattus
2023 GMC Terrain review
We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!

2022 GMC Terrain review
Absolutely LOVE this car is one of my favorites by far. Midsize SUV with all the features of a full size luxury vehicle. Can’t beat the heated seats, power lift gate, and the amazing panoramic sunroof they added on these models. Will continue to buy this model for years to come highly recommend an affordable and practical vehicle!

2020 GMC Terrain review
I really enjoy the Terrain. Traded in our beloved Mercedes R350. It was dream to driving on the highway. Our list for new vehicle was easy to get in and out without climbing up or down. No leather seats, hate leather seats, panoramic roof, engine power, get up and go, some luxurious in the vehicle, an easy info console. Before we took a test drive, we did our following tests. How easy to get in and out of the vehicles, leg space (our son is 6'4"). Only wanted two row seating, comfort seating. We checked all other makes. Spend awhile day going from different Dealerships of different makes and models. Didn't want to speak to car salesman, just let us do our preliminary test, on different makes and models. Then we look at the warranties. Finally took take a test drive. Was blown away at the get up and go of the Terrain, pleasantly surprised at the safety features and options it comes with. After almost a month, trips outside the city to the mountains and back. We are really happy with the purchase of the Terrain. Seven years warranty bumper to bumper, ten years on the powertrain. The true fuel economy really surprised me, it doesn't bother me that I have use 91 fuel because of the 2 liter engine. Had to use it on the Mercedes so no change there.

This was my second appointment trying to get warranty items fixed. I have to take time off work to do this. I miss the dealer I have used for the past 20 years that provided a shuttle service so I did t have to miss work. The first time they did not have parts for the 2 warranty items and the second time they only had half the parts so fixed one item but was not able to fix the other as they did not have the parts. I understand it has been hard to get parts at this time but they should have reached out to me to see if I would like to reschedule since they did not have all the parts so I could get everything done in one appointment.
2024 GMC Terrain review
I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

2022 GMC Terrain review
Taking it on road trip Oklahoma to Key West Florida w/ stopover in Tennessee. I am getting 30 mpg running 75 mph. It handled like a dream going through Smokie mt. I was getting 32 mpg there. I like the ride on the interstates & I love the adaptive cruise control.

2020 GMC Terrain review
Great vehicle, 65,000 miles and not a single issue, hoping to get atleast another 100k miles out of it. Extremely reliable. A family member of mine bought a Honda that broke down at 16,000 miles and got stranded. Would absolutely recommend a 2018+ terrain

2021 GMC Terrain review
READ PLEASE I love my Terrain. DO NOT get the 1.5 L. My engine has barely made it over 100,000 I have had $6k of repairs in less than a year. Things keep going wrong now. I had NO issues before. Catalytic converter went out 75-85k miles. My turbo was just replaced. Just beware of this type of engine… every mechanic that worked on it shared this is not uncommon for this type. I would definitely get another terrain but not the 1.5!

2020 GMC Terrain review
I had my 2020 Terrain for 5 years before I had any major issues out of it. My brake booster needed replaced. After about a month of it being out the shop someone hit and totaled it. Very sad day. I love my Terrain

2024 GMC Terrain review
To be honest, this SUV impressed me with the great performance even with the small 1.5 liter engine, and huge space inside, it rides like a bigger vehicle, very responsive on the highway and very quiet cabin. My wife really liked it.

When I arrived, all of the salespeople were busy with other customers, however they allowed me to test drive the vehicle I was interested in and take it to lunch while the sale floor cleared. The purchasing process was excellent with all staff being accommodating, professional, and kind through the entire process. I like that their vehicles are priced right to begin with and that the process is streamlined in a way that does not waste time - other dealers tend to drag out the bottom line with many visits to the sales manager to work the best deal when they know at the onset if they can meet the bottom line deal. The single element that changed my opinion from never going back to the dealership after I bought my truck to now am willing to always go back for EVERYTHING (including driving the 1 hr each way) for something even as small as an oil change, is the service department. Chris, the service manager, and his team make the experience a pleasant experience. This is a result of their ability to identify and fix issues with the vehicle but with the personality that they also have. They engage with me, are always friendly but not patronizing, and add to the clarity that is often missing with customer - service interactions.
2024 GMC Terrain review
The GMC Terrain is a very dependable auto that I have had no issues. The model is the AT4, which has the headsup display. Interior is nice with leather and all the electronics options.
