He greeted me when I arrived, he briefly described what was going to be done to my vehicle and quickly got me on my way in a loaner car. During the inspection it was noticed that the front plastic piece was broken so Max notified me and I agreed it needed to be replaced. Wow, this was our first Lexus purchase, but not our first car purchase. After decades of poor buying experiences, I can say this was the first purchase where I didn't feel like I was at war with the dealer. Don Carper was our salesman (Product Specialist), and we couldn't have been happier. He quickly responded to all of my technical questions with appropriate information - what a breath of fresh air. The entire dealership seems to operate a bit differently than the other dealerships I have used, and the low pressure sales approach was greatly appreciated. We felt that we got a fair price on the vehicle we purchased and on the trade-in we provided...which is also a first for me! Lexus of Lakeway did not try to burn up all of our time with haggling in circles, and that was greatly appreciated. We worked out a price on the purchase, a price on the trade-in, and were done. I never felt we were trapped in quicksand :) Thanks for making this purchase as painless as possible!
