I went in to look at a specific car to see if I would like it in person. Turns out I do! Alex greeted us right away and made the process very easy for me to come to my decision. My payments and total price were made achievable to me plus I received way more for my trade in than I thought I would get. He even answered questions I faced on the upgraded technology via text a couple days later.

We started out via email through the Costco program. Ryan was our contact and he took the time, while moving, to pull over and discuss cars with me over the phone. Very helpful and able to answer all my questions. Al helped us when we showed up at the dealer. Very helpful in finding us exactly what we wanted and getting it delivered to Healdsburg quickly. All in all a wonderful group to work with.
The finance manager as well, was wonderful. Quick at getting us through all the paperwork and explained everything. Made it easy.
This was my first experience with Victory Cheverolet, and it was definately a top notch experience. I was having problems with my transmission and was referred by Jeff Pariday of Pope Valley Tow and Repair. Dealt with Dennis in the Service Department. Very professional. He had me bring in my 2006 Silverado for diagnosis. His department did a inspection, not only of the transmission , but the overall condition of the truck. I picked up my truck in a matter of days and have been driving my vehicle for a number of weeks now without any issues. Will definately bring my truck back for future services. Paul Eskesen
The service attendant was prompt, and knowledgeable. The parts department was also very helpful. My remarks were about 70 characters, and was still highlighted but was okay starting with the "b" in but.
