I went in to look at a specific car to see if I would like it in person. Turns out I do! Alex greeted us right away and made the process very easy for me to come to my decision. My payments and total price were made achievable to me plus I received way more for my trade in than I thought I would get. He even answered questions I faced on the upgraded technology via text a couple days later.
I had a great experience at Platinum Chevy. I think we get what we give. If we give time and respect we get that back in kind. Tommy Meehan was great. He was knowledgeable and accommodating. He didn't push a hard sell, the car pretty much sold itself. Tommy was there to help, very patient, very thoughtful, funny and kind. This dealership is all about the customer, but it is a business, so like I said, mutual respect.

The service attendant was prompt, and knowledgeable. The parts department was also very helpful. My remarks were about 70 characters, and was still highlighted but was okay starting with the "b" in but.
Tommy Meehan sold my my dodge. tommy was very uprobt with the truck. we went on a good test ride and was very succsefull. he was nice about offering if we needed somthing to drink or anything to eat. Tommy was a very good sales mane and im walking away with a new truck

Joel, Sonja & the fellow who originally looked at my damage & estimated it, all were generous with little extra things they would do while they had the paint for my major job. Had a new engine installed in record time. The service staff was excellent, kept me appraised of status and accommodated my needs. Staff was knowledgable and all my questions were answered. From drop off to pick up all were professional and courteous and went beyond the call of duty. Jose even took care of paperwork for a rebate on my new engine.
