When I say this was this best experience I have ever had, and it was Ayesha that made it just that!! We had been at a few places and (of course with my credit not so perfect) they kept giving us the run around after making us wait hours just to try to get more money. I recently purchased a GMC Yukon Denali from Car Carnival in Victoria, Texas, and had a great experience working with Aamir and Zach. Aamir was my salesperson, and Zach coordinated the vehicle transport. From start to finish, their level of service and responsiveness was exemplary. They always returned my calls, answered my questions clearly, and were extremely friendly and professional throughout the process. Honestly, they were so responsive and easy to work with that I initially thought it might be too good to be true — I’m just not used to that level of customer service when buying a vehicle. When the vehicle arrived, the check engine light was on. I took it to my local dealership and found out the battery cable simply wasn’t tightened properly. Once that was corrected, the issue was resolved immediately. There was also some minor paint wear, which is expected when purchasing a five-year-old vehicle, and I plan to take care of that myself. Overall, this was a fantastic buying experience. I appreciate the professionalism, communication, and follow-through from Amir and Zach, and I would absolutely recommend Car Carnival to anyone shopping for a vehicle.

2017 GMC Savana 2500 review
Friendly staff, great price for the car. There was a far bit of waiting around but with the volume of cars they are shifting on a daily basis, it was kind of expected. From the very short test drive to driving out with my car was around 45 minutes.Would definitely use then again.
