I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

I usually buy luxury vehicles, and the service was just as great as when I do business with Porsche or Land Rover. George in finance was nothing short of amazing as well. The management is doing an incredible job keeping them going because they have such a great team. Every turn was met with a smile, and even in workout clothing, I felt like a valued customer. Thanks to Seth and George, this dealership is now my new pick-up truck home, and I?ll definitely be buying my pick-up trucks through Tustin GMC & Buick in the future.

I just purchased a 2024 Yukon Denali XL. This is my 3rd Yukon. So needless to say I am sold on this style of vehicle. The style and comfort are impeccable. Had a 2009, 2019 and now a 2024 XL. Never had any problems.

My favorite car I have ever owned. I've had cars, trucks and a couple of small suv type vehicles. I thought it would feel like a big blazer. And boy oh boy was I wrong. I bought it ar 180,000 miles and it drives like a dream. All the power I could ever ask for. A bigger engine than my camaro had and almost as fast. My kids love it, I love it the wife hates the mpg but if we have a snow storm we take the denali, when we have the 4 kids me and mom and we can still fit another adult and any and all luggage. What is there to complain about. It's reliable and when you expect the instrument cluster panel to be wonky from bad wiring. Well it's nothing that stops me from getting where I want to go everytime. I love the vehicle and hope to keep it for a very long time.

I’ve purchase several new Cadillac vehicles over last 20+ years. To be honest, It’s been several years since my last new Cadillac purchase. So, in 2020, I decided to trade in my 2017 GMC Yukon Denali and obtain the new 5th Generation Cadillac Escalade! In early November 2021, Cadillac.com initially referred me to Carter Stenburg, Internet Specialist at Cadillac of Beverly Hills (California). After receiving an introductory e-mail from Carter, I called Carter and discussed what Escalade trim I was interested in as well as other questions about optional features. Carter was very professional; polite and patient with me. Any questions he could not answer during our calls, He would immediacy get back to me with the answers. Carter suggested that I order a 2022 Escalade using the “build feature” on the Cadillac.com website. I built the 2022 Escalade Premium Luxury with the desired trim and options and generated a PDF file which I e-mailed to Carter. Thanks Carter!! Cater then introduce me to Brian Epps, Cadillac Sales Specialist at Cadillac of Beverly Hills!! OMG! I can not say enough praises for Brian! Brian is amazing! Like Carter, Brian was very professional; very knowledgeable; very patient with even more questions that I had; made very good suggestions about some upgrade options to my vehicle build; etc. He “really knew his stuff”!! Mid November 2021, We reviewed my updated 2022 Cadillac Escalade build one last time. I agreed to the final build. Brian had his colleagues place my 2022 Escalade Premium Luxury order (again, November 2021 “timeline”). Again, Thanks Brian!!!! Well, It seems that in December 2021, My 2022 Cadillac Escalade Premium Luxury order was accepted / approved / built at the GM Factory in Arlington, Texas with only 2 minor constraints due to the worldwide chip shortage and limited auto parts shortage - Not Equipped with Steering Column Lock and Not Equipped with 4-Way Power Driver and Front Passenger Lumbar. Brian personally called me late January 2022 and informed me that my 2022 Escalade Premium Luxury (order) arrived at the dealership. I was very lucky during these challenging times in the automotive industry to received my 2022 Escalade within a few month of ordering the vehicle build. Cadillac of Beverly Hills is part of a larger company and I (could be wrong, but ...) think that perhaps the dealership's outstanding reputation and / or their sales volume had something to due with my quick build turnaround. Anyway, after Brian’s call over the weekend, I arrived at the dealership the next day – January 31st, 2022 and met with Brian. Traded in my 2017 GMC Yukon Denali (the dealership gave me a fair price for the trade in ...). While at the dealership, I was pleasantly greeted by Joseph Norkewicz, Manager (we meet prior – Great Guy!!). While going through the “paperwork process” the reception staff at the dealership was so nice to me and checked on me to see if there’s anything they can do for me (water; Starbucks's Coffee at the dealership; etc.) - Very Nice! Very Classy and Professional! However (next to Brian), me acquiring my 2022 Cadillac Escalade Premium Luxury would not be possible without the help and assistance of Frank Rastegar in Finance!!! Thanks Frank!!!! Left that day with my 2022 Cadillac Escalade Premium Luxury. I love the vehicle! I get complements everywhere I go (and of course, I tell everyone to call Brian Epps at Cadillac of Beverly Hills …). So, Bottom Line - I’m very happy with my 2022 Cadillac Escalade. Very Happy with the vehicle arriving at the dealership two months after placing the build order! I’m very humbled by how the Brian in Sales and Frank in Finance help me achieve my dream car!!! I have purchased two cars from this dealership. I’m a woman on my own and always feared the stigma of getting ripped off, but both times went flawlessly. I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets

I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.

We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!

Purchased new in October 2024. Total miles driven 9,276. Just completed a 4,734.2 mile trip through 9 states. Just a pleasure to drive. My wife and I were on the road 16 days, with only 8 driving days, longest day was 674 miles. Average driving speed was about 72+ miles per hour. Seat comfort was amazing, no discomfort, great considering having 4 back surgeries. Very solid on the road with little or no driving fatigue. Performance was great. Of the total miles, about 500 were in town driving and 300 miles was in 4x4 in a snow storm coming across Northern Texas in April. Average MPG was 26.4 with my best 500mile drive at 33mpg. The diesel engine is very quiet requiring me to check the tach sometimes to be sure I had pressed the off button. Very quiet on the road as well. This is my first diesel and I would highly recommend it. Plenty of power, great fuel economy, quiet and very responsive when you need that quick acceleration. amazingly nimble for a big SUV. The adaptive cruise works great. My previous GMC was a 2009, 6.2L V8 Yukon XL. I drove that one 140K miles over 14 years with nothing but routine maintenance, a great vehicle as well. Very happy with this 2024

Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

I saw this car driving by the dealership and automatically was drawn to it because of its color. GMC calls it brown but one print out called it crystal metallic purple. It changes colors depending on the weather. I love the handling, the dash and all the bells and whistles! My grandchildren love how much room that it has!
