I purchased a 2017 Titan from Benson. the truck was as advertised and in great condition. The people are friendly and very helpful. The only problem was with Allen Hunt ; a salesman their. He has not delivered on promises he made. and is hard to reach after the sale to find out why the delay on keeping his word. To date I still have not gotten what I WAS PROMISED. I am going back up there to talk to the service mgr. Monday.I am pleased with everyone except Allen Hunt. If you buy a vehicle there don't buy from him!!!! I would recommend Benson Kia but only with a warning. avoid Allen Hunt.
Walked in and was greeted right away. Talked about my trade-in and the vehicle I was looking for. Prices were right on target and fair to where they were during my research on line. They were very friendly and courteous through my the time there. Went over my new vehicle in great detail and answered all of my questions. Love my new GMC ride!!! Would recommend this dealership to anyone.
I was in for a oil change, factory recall, and mysterious squeaking noise in the suspension. Mr. Wakefield was in the service department and pulled my car in and assisted the service dept with the odometer reading. The courtesy driver took me to and from work that day. They completed the oil change and recall but my car needed a part which would be in the next business day (Monday). I scheduled service for Tuesday and dropped it off in the early AM. I told them I needed it back by 1 pm. I received a call at 1 stating it was ready and they sent the driver over to pick me up. It was a great experience and the service department deserves many thanks.

It was refreshing to feel so relaxed with the staff at Wakefield. Taylor was so friendly and personable. Do to scheduling constraints, we were there late on a Friday but everyone was very accommodating. Mr. Wakefield even personally filled our vehicle with gas and washed it himself to help our salesperson! Great experience overall! Thank you!
Love the personalized service per Stan and Steve. They are always friendly and make you feel like you are one important person. Steve worked with us re: dropping off our inoperable Envoy on the night prior to repair. Staff have always been friendly and welcoming.
I was shopping for a used truck. I communicated with the dealer over the Internet initially. I expressed my interest in the truck and told them I was a two hour drive away. We set up an appointment for a test drive. When I got there, close to closing, the truck was waiting up front ready to go. Long story short we ended up not buying from them. What really impressed me was the customer service. They were courteous and helpful even though I wasn't going to buy from them that day. I forgot my wallet in the truck we test drove and realized it 30 minutes later after they had closed up shop and everyone had gone home. We got a hold of someone and they started calling around. The sales manager personally called me to try and help. We ended up getting it taken care of that evening by getting a hold of the night cleaning crew to unlock the truck. The sales manager called me back to ensure I had been taken care of. They went above and beyond in my opinion. I even had a follow up call the next day from the internet sales department just make sure I had been taken care of. I would have no issues going back there to buy from them.
Cloninger Ford dealership had a great selection and no pressure sales team. As we had not traded vehicles in 16 years we were a bit apprehensive of what we would encounter. Not only does Ford Motor continue to build a great product, their sales team is well trained in explaining the operation and function of all the extras that come with new vehicles today. We had spent the last three days searching and trying to buy this exact truck and do so under budget. We had traveled 5-6 hours a day, to three states and at least eight dealerships. Each of these dealerships had the truck we wanted in stock. Each was given an offer by us for said truck and subsequent negotiations ensued. Some negotiations were short and some were marathons that lasted hours in the store and went on for days.
We walked into your showroom tired, beaten and discouraged. I told your salesman, Dave we were going to have to “speed date” a truck buy. He laughed and said he’d make the process as easy as possible.
To say he and you did would be an understatement. In less than an hour we completed the process. We bought the truck we wanted and stayed under budget. You made many concessions to close the deal,
Not the least of which was making us the strongest offer of any dealership for our trade. A full 10% higher than the next highest. There was very little back and forth. You made us an offer through Dave and we countered. Instead of sitting behind your desk or the one way mirror like other dealerships you came out and greeted us. We had a chat like we’d known each other for years as we whittled down the difference. You gave a little and we gave a little. We’d have liked to buy the truck for a little less and I’m sure you’d like to sell it for a little more. At the end of the day, I’m confident I got the very best deal anywhere this side of the Mississippi.
All I can say is wow. The irony of the whole situation is your dealership is one of the closest to us yet was the last one, obviously, we visited. We were down to one more if we were unsuccessful at your place and we would have to widen our search.
