One of the best buying experiences that I have ever had at a dealership. I would go back and highly recommend them for your next vehicle. My salesman, Caleb, was new to sales but he was personable, helpful and knowledgeable about his product. This dealership is highly recommended by me. I love my GMC Canyon.

We recently bought a 2011 GMC Yukon, and the vehicle was in great condition, drives great, and looks just like the pictures online. The Salesman, Kim was very helpful to us in acquiring the SUV we wanted at a price we liked!
Went in just looking to add a new car to our family and ended up buying. Kim was so patient and showed me everything I asked to look at. He listened to what I asked for and pointed right to my New Ford Fusion! As soon as I drove it I knew it was the car for me!! I really enjoyed my buying experience and thanks to Kim for making it a easy stress free experience. Will for sure be back when we start looking again!
I recently traded with these guys for a new Jeep Grand Cherokee, but prior to that I've serviced with them for years on my previous vehicle, a Ram 1500 Quad Cab. The service department is great. They keep me posted on what it needs and what its gonna need. Their prices are more than fair, and they stand behind their work!
Cloninger Ford dealership had a great selection and no pressure sales team. As we had not traded vehicles in 16 years we were a bit apprehensive of what we would encounter. Not only does Ford Motor continue to build a great product, their sales team is well trained in explaining the operation and function of all the extras that come with new vehicles today. Wow. I am going to start off by saying that the people who work here are just genuinely good and honest people.
I was buying a new Jetta after returning my Jetta for the TDI settlement. As an out of town buyer I was originally nervous about driving 2 hours to a dealership with really low prices. Kristian roof made the out of town purchase very simple, and ensured me that they are reliable in their prices. The night before we were going to drive to get the car, we experienced a hiccup and was able to talk to the General Sales Manager, Wofford, at 10pm on a Friday night. He was available and quick to get back to us, and very accommodating. Buying the car the next morning could not have gone any smoother. There were NO surprise fees or problems purchasing the car. Kristian and Wofford were a pleasure to work with.
This brings me to Patrick, the finance manager. Patrick was great to work with the day I bought my car. One week later he was willing to talk to corporate about my TDI settlement problems. AND he spent 2 hours talking to my DMV when I returned home when they tried to overcharge me. This really shows that they care about their customers even after you buy the car.
The customer service at Vic Bailey VW cannot be matched. Their prices were the lowest in the area, combined with their honesty and amazing customer service, I cannot imagine buying a car from anyone else. I would suggest Vic Bailey to any out of town buyer! Thank you!!
Vic Bailey's Internet Sales Mgr, John Carter, was very responsive and easy to work with. He got me all the information I needed and helped me work with their Business Mgr to get the deal put together I needed. He made the whole negotiations and purchase quick a simple since we new exactly what we wanted.
So friendly! They make the buying process so easy for you and help you figure out all over your options! Also love the dogs. I would buy from them again and have recommended friends here since buying mine!
Had a warranty issue that was handled quickly. Staff was knowledgeable and polite. Quick to call with update and timeframe for pickup. Will use again in the future
