This truck is so comfortable to travel in with the electronic suspension, air conditioned front seats, heated quad captains seats with lots of legroom, and plenty of room in the back for gear or 2 more passengers
I have bought several cars from twin city. Bobby Ledbetter , is top notch in my book. He is very fair and will work with you in a way to help you get the car you want. Andy White is a terrific salesman working along side Bobby. Their staff consists of knowledgeable people, hard working and very helpful. Great overall 2016 Canyon, love the styling and power from the V6. Just amazed that in 2016 GMC does not give you remote entry, even though it has power locks, no power mirrors and also a tiny 4 inch display and crappy radio. For a 30,000 $ truck.come on GM
By far one of the easiest and best experiences I’ve had with buying a car. Staff was knowledgeable and were not pushy. Fast and easy process that made for a non stressful process when buying a car.
Very comfortable but MPG is terrible.

Very comfortable. Many usb, 12v receptacles. Very large storage space. Nice being a bit higher than other vehicles. Rear window tint is great for night driving. But only 14.0 MPG.. Mileage is way worse than expected.
A great dealership with a large selection. No hassle from the sales reps which makes for a more enjoyable experience. See sales rep Mark Ford for a great deal. I highly recommend Mark and the Donohho dealership.

This car is head and shoulders above all the others I looked at in it's class. The V-6 is very powerful and gets 25 mpg on the highway and 22 city. I highly recommend it!
Jamey Carson was a pleasure. He made the experience pain free. We found one issue during the test drive (windshield wiper issue). However, Donohoo is ordering the windshield wiper motor and repair free of charge. I would recommend this dealership.

I really like this, it’s great on gas and comfortable to drive. Versatility is excellent from kids to pets to cargo, even room or camping fits a nice air mattress
Drove from Virginia to purchase certified preowned Silverado 2500. Always afraid to drive that far to be disappointed, but not this time. Daniel, my salesman, was really polite, helpful and knowledgeable before and after the sale. All of the staff was professional and courteous. I will definitely make the drive to Donohoo again.

My 2017 GMC Sierra SLT is the best truck I ever owned. The headlights are very bright making it easier to see at night with the automatic highbeams. The Bose radio has excellent sound. I average 20 miles to a gallon in the city. The seats are very comfortable and the back seat in the crew cab has plenty of room for adults. The interior is very quite. The parking sensors and lane guidance system work very well. Yes, I love this truck.
My husband and I made the 3 hour drive to Fort Payne to purchase a truck. At the end of finishing paper work and signing agreement salesman then advised us that the vehicle only had one key but he promised to order an extra key and mail it to us. After a week we started calling the salesman who would never return our calls. We then called the sales manager who was very short with us and advised us he would have salesman return our call which never happened. We finally reached the salesman who then advised us that we would not be getting the extra key as he had stated.
We will never use this dealership again. Now we have to pay out of pocket to get an extra key after purchasing a $50,000 vehicle.
Great truck for towing or daily driver.

Great truck and a stylish daily driver! Purchased it new and currently have 14,000 miles on it. Use to be a Ford truck guy but I’m not disappointed with the switch. Only two issues with it since new. The outside ambient temperature sensor was not giving correct temperature. Also, the wireless charging pad on the center console never worked. As it turns out, all the 2017’s with this feature didn’t work. GM developed a replacement charging pad but did not cover the replacement under warranty. It cost me $275.00 to have it retrofitted with the new charging pad. It looks identical to the old pad except this one works on my IPhone X and my wife’s Samsung. How can GM sell a feature that doesn’t work in first place and the charge you to have it fixed?? That’s the subject of another conversation.
We purchased our car after about 3 weeks of remote communication with the dealer. We're in Kansas and found the car on this website. Our sales rep Vince was very responsive from our first contact, yet he wasn't overbearing or pushy at all. He answered all of our questions in a timely manner and followed up at appropriate intervals. He scheduled our appointment and helped us navigate to the dealer.
Everyone at the dealership was professional and courteous. When we arrived, the car was ready for a test drive. Our technical advisor Amber spent close to an hour going over all of the features of the car with us and getting our OnStar service established.
We had an issue with the car on the drive home, and again, Vince was very responsive. Amber has answered additional questions for us remotely since we got home, and we got a follow up call from the dealership to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase.
They were above board with all cost disclosures, and the car was exactly as it was advertised on the internet.
Overall, this was one of the best car-buying experience we've ever had, and we would highly recommend working with this dealer, whether you're in the area, drive there to make a purchase, or even buying remotely!

This vehicle from the start had issues. At 2,000 miles the auto stop feature failed and I was stuck in the middle of an intersection. I had to turn the vehicle off and restart it to get the engine to re-engage. Which then I got pulled over from a police officer because I hesitated too long at the intersection. The dealership had it for 1.5 weeks as it needed a new battery and cam shaft cylinoids. The local dealership had been great but GM directly is horrible. It now has radio software issues that I have had it in now twice for it and still isn't working properly. I had a 2017 Acadia before this one that was so unsafe GM ended up buying back from me. I will buy from the dealership again but I will never ever purchase anything from General Motors again.
I’ve had this vehicle for a couple of months. Big upgrade from my little Ford Focus. Love that we can use it to travel as a family and don’t always have to take our truck. And let’s face it-Black on black-it looks hot!
For my first time owning a GMC since I got my first car out of all three ive owned this is the best one ive had since my kia. I also recommend this vehicle if your looking for a family car to travel with or just camping. Its great to have and great on gas
My wife is in a wheelchair and this vehicle provides the ease of getting her in and out of the vehicle. Her wheelchair fits great into the back of the vehicle with the 3rd row seats down. Get great fuel mileage, 43.3 is the best so far.
We are so glad we chose Harbin! They treated us very well. Most dealerships we have been to have taken well over 3 hours but not Harbin, we were there for about 2 1/2 hours all together. They got us in a car we love with a great payment for something so new! We will continue to do all of our future business with them! Thank you.

I own the 6.2L 1500 Sierra and I love it. Although I only get 12.7mpg, the power makes up for it. I feel as though I could do anything necessary, and if the apocalypse came, it would keep me alive easily! It looks great inside and out, and I don't have to worry about any engine issues.
Top notch salesmen and financial employees made initial buying process pleasant and comfortable in all aspects. Follow up communication between customer and sales staff as well as customer service pr was, and is, timely and positive.

I am a mom of 3 and this car definitely meets this busy mamas lifestyle needs. The cargo space is just right and the 3 rows is ideal.
Very pleasant experience. The truck I purchased, I first saw on the Harbin Ford web site. When I saw the truck in person, it looked as good as it did on the web. No pressure from the sales force. I was on line chatting with someone from Harbin about the truck and received an email shortly after our conversation was over with answers to my questions. All in all, it was a great experience.

Car is comfortable, excellent handling, and very responsive to acceleration. Ample features for comfort and convenience. The rain-sense feature is wonderful and windshield wiper design cleans window completely
Always love dealing with these guys as a contractor I go through vehicles and my vehicle is one of the most important parts of my business. I personally wouldn't want to deal with anyone else. I have to stick with the people that take care of me. Harbin automotive is certainly appreciated!!
