Service Attendant was very helpful and courteous. I have bought cars from Wagner and had cars serviced and repaired at Wagner Cadillac for several years and I have always been satisfied with this dealership.
Dwayne Klien has been my sales representative for better than 10 years and us in if the most outstanding gentlemen I have yet to meet! He is efficient, honest, exceptional in his customer service approach. He is more like a friend than a sales rep. I drive 200 miles just to trade at Wagner with Dwayne Klein! If you are looking for a Cadillac, I highly recommend him!
The sales team was courteous and took their time finding the Unicorn of used Cadillac SRX. It had to meet my strict mechanical guidelines and all my wife's wants as well....for the right price.....She has herself a new to her SRX.

Sean McSpedden was a perfect gentlemen and very informative. No high pressure techniques, just a sincere interest in helping me find what I was looking for in a truck. We were not expecting to buy a vehicle on the day we were there. We found exactly what we were looking for and the sales person - Shane Jaco was great . He showed us everything about the vehicle and let us test drive it. He was not pushy salesperson and I really appreciated that. When we decided to buy - he made the experience so easy. Hall GMC does a great job with their customers. They work with the customer to solve every problem that they can and will keep the customer posted on every step of the process. They are dedicated to the individual person and will treat you like an individual and not just another customer.
Service Manager, Tim, was very friendly and professional. Offering solutions to help with the repair and truly doing every thing he could to save me money. I am a woman and some times I feel like I'm getting taken advantage of when getting my car repaired. But I certainly did not feel that way this time. I recommend you go to GMC Hall for your car repairs. They are honest and efficient.
