2021 GMC Terrain review
READ PLEASE I love my Terrain. DO NOT get the 1.5 L. My engine has barely made it over 100,000 I have had $6k of repairs in less than a year. Things keep going wrong now. I had NO issues before. Catalytic converter went out 75-85k miles. My turbo was just replaced. Just beware of this type of engine… every mechanic that worked on it shared this is not uncommon for this type. I would definitely get another terrain but not the 1.5!

2016 GMC Yukon XL review
Outstanding Family SUV - 8 Years of Reliable Service I’ve owned my 2016 Yukon Denali XL since it rolled off the lot, and it’s been an exceptional vehicle for our family. The ride quality is remarkably smooth, even on longer road trips, which makes every journey comfortable for all passengers. As a family SUV, this vehicle truly excels. The spacious interior easily accommodates our entire family with room to spare, and the third-row seating is actually usable for adults, not just kids. The V8 engine delivers plenty of power when you need it while remaining surprisingly efficient for a vehicle of this size - the cylinder deactivation technology (V4 mode) really does make a difference at the pump during highway cruising. The technology package has been a real highlight. The heads-up display keeps important information right in my line of sight, which enhances both convenience and safety. The rear entertainment system with headsets has been a lifesaver on family road trips, keeping the kids happily occupied for hours. My only complaint over eight years of ownership has been some paint fading on the hood, which seems to be a minor cosmetic issue that doesn’t affect the vehicle’s performance or my overall satisfaction. If you’re looking for a full-size SUV that combines luxury, space, capability, and comfort, the Yukon Denali XL is hard to beat. Highly recommended for families!

2023 GMC Acadia review
I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.

2023 GMC Yukon XL review
Ordered a 2023 GMC Yukon XL Denali Diesel 4 wheel drive in March of 2023. Took GM 5 months to pick up the order even though I adjusted a few minor options that were on constraint to have the order picked up (these were items I could purchase the parts and have the dealer install such as illuminated GMC emblem, Denali door sills, illuminated GMC cargo sill, cross rails for roof carrier). I wanted the diesel for the mileage and longevity. I am very satisfied with everything with the vehicle so far. Ordered the 20 inch rims/tires for a better ride. The ride quality is remarkable, so smooth. I drive a combination city/rural each day and I average 25 or more MPG. I have 9000 miles on it so far, and not one single issue with it. It is smooth, quiet, and and packed with technology. Goes through the snow with no problem. I have had 7 Suburbans, Yukon XL's and Escalades and in the past, full size Cadillac Broughams, and this is the best riding vehicle out of all of them. I am very satisfied. The only issue is the price has gone through the roof to purchase new. The Suburban and Yukon XL used to be more affordable new. My previous 2015 GMC Yukon XL Denali has an engine issue (camshaft issue even though the oil was changed at the dealer every 3K miles) at 165K miles and I had to trade it in quickly, so the dealer took it on trade when I ordered the 2023, and they wholesaled it. I was not going to buy another one with the 6.2 liter engine again.I really hope the diesel will go for many miles and years, and so far this vehicle has had no problems what so ever. Very glad I made the decision to try it again with the diesel engine this time. If the diesel was not available I would not have bought another GM full size SUV. Classic Painesville Ohio is the best to work with for sales, service and parts. They kept me posted throughout the purchase process and were very fair with the amount for the trade in and purchase price for the new vehicle.

2026 GMC Sierra 1500 review

2025 GMC Sierra 1500 review
Let me start by saying I have the AT4 model with the Duramax 3.0L diesel. I had a 2024 Elevation with the 5.3L V-8 that I bought to pull my 22’ camper. While the Elevation pulled my camper fine it drank the gas like it was on a binge. And with a 26 gallon gas tank it seemed I was filling up every couple of hours. After one trip to Nova Scotia I knew something had to change. I pulled my camper out west to Yellowstone and back through Arizona. It pulled like a champ and fillups were a lot more manageable. Even driving the speed limit out west I still got four to five mpg better than with the gasser. I liked the Elevation but I love the AT4. Way nicer ride and great handling. I get 30 per gallon of diesel on the highway if I drive the speed limit but I got it to tow with. I added a Titian replacement fuel tank so I have 43 gallons instead of the 26 it came with.

My wife's car was about 6 months away from end of lease and she decided that she drives too many miles and would like to buy her next car. So we decided to start looking. We first went back to our Mazda dealer and told them we were looking for a used car and gave our budget. We were basically told they didn't have any used vehicles (really?), and that we should wait and see if any promos run. I used to drive Altimas (I had 3 - last one in 2010) so I suggested she look at that car and we went to Rockland Nissan. We were immediately greeting by Michael, new to Nissan, but very nice and professional. After discussing what we wanted and that we didn't think we could get one right now, he looked at inventory andour budget, and found us a car we could get. So we agreed and filled out the paperwork - the only real hiccup was when we spoke to their finance manager - the monthly fee was higher than we were promised. The issue was my wife was over in miles on her lease so Tim O'keefe (the main guy there) came in, sat with us and in no time we had a deal at a price we were happy with.We got a 2017 Altima 3.5 SL with only about 35k miles for a very fair price. My wife LOVES the car and we couldn't be happier. Fast forward to the next day - she noticed some damage on the front bumper that wasn't disclosed. Perhaps no one noticed, but we took it back and without a thought, they agreed to fix it for free. Now I was so impressed with Tim that I told him (jokingly) I have about a year on my Mazda 6 and I'd love to get a new Altima. He asked me to come in the next day and he'd find a way to get me what I wanted at the price I was comfortable with. So i showed up early in the morning and Tim introduced me to Dave. A very experienced and excellent sales person - one of the best I've met in the industry. He was honest and patient and we went over everything I wanted. He showed me a few models and I fell in love with the 2019 Altima SL in Storm Blue (really nice color - looks almost black). We went back over to Tim and before I knew it, we had a deal. The only negative thing is I was there for six hours before I left with the car. They were very busy and I believe a bit understaffed. I have to say though, I LOVE this car and could not be happier with how I felt taken care of. 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 review
Great truck to own. The 2023 GMC Sierra Denali with the 6.2L engine delivers excellent power, smooth performance, and a refined driving experience. The ride quality, interior comfort, and overall build quality are outstanding. I have had no issues whatsoever, and it has been a reliable, enjoyable vehicle from day one. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium full-size truck.

2019 GMC Yukon review
We drove two states over to McKenzie Buick GMC in Milton, FL to meet with Nick and make a purchase on our new Yukon Denali. Customer service was top notch. We were going for their 2019 Yukon Denali to replace a 2008 Tahoe LTZ. We are very pleased with the vehicle. The upgrades are wonderful. Love the cooling seats, the wifi, the HUD and even days after our purchase they have reached out to check on how we were and mailed us a small gift that meant so much. 2025 GMC Sierra 1500 review
I bought this after going to the dealer just to look at colors. I had a 2016 Chevy 1500 LTZ that I loved. There was my down payment and took this Denali home. Only 2 options. Paint and moonroof. I thought my chevy with 3.42 gears was quick. This one goes with 3.23's. The ride is great. Fit and finish are perfect. My only complaint is this Bose/Apple play radio is not what the 2016 Bose was.

2024 GMC Canyon review
Our AT4X has been an excellent mid-size truck. The ride is shockingly smooth and the engine has a lot of torque. Wish the interior had less plastic and GM's failure to have a rear view camera mirror or controls for garage/gate contols is inexcusible. Overall, could not be more pleased with this truck.

2019 GMC Acadia review
Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

2019 GMC Terrain review
I brought this truck in 2019. I kept taking it back to the dealership to get tweaked several times. Once it was figured out, never got any problems ever again. A little weak on the power side, but, other than that, its a magnificent vehicle. A total work horse. Great on gas. It is totally worth it.

2024 GMC HUMMER EV SUV review
I love my new Hummer, I have had it 2 weeks now and it’s an Amazing vehicle. Looks great and is a lot of fun to drive. I love that I can take the 4 tops off and it’s a convertible suv. So far so good with no problems. It charges overnight and is ready to go. I would highly recommend.
