The Berglund Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership had a good selection and the salesman, Scott Ryer, was very polite and was knowledgeable about the vehicles. The showroom there was very neat and clean. I am definitely coming back here next time I buy a car.
I had the pleasure of Dealing with the team at the berglund used car on Williamson road last month. Walked away with a Jeep that my wife loves. A big shout out for Mike StClair for his help and kindness with my wife that doesn't speak English. Great job and thanks
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
Wes was very friendly right from the start. He met us on the lot with a smile, didn't hesitate to get a tag so we could test drive the vehicle. There was no pressure from him at all to buy the vehicle. Once we made our decision to buy , he was fast to get our offer in and approved. He didn't hesitate to help remove our toolbox from our truck,and didn't mind getting his hands dirty in doing so.
Dealing with Wes was a pleasure to work with, he put me in a vehicle that I am totally happy with and made the process of purchasing a vehicle a breeze. I will definatetly come back to Duncan Ford Chrysler Dodge Jeep again.
From the beginning of purchasing our vehicle to service MidPoint is just top notch. Friendly, informative, factual, and just great customer service. I recommend them to anyone! And, most importantly, I love my vehicle.

I stopped in to get info ontrucks. Possibly interested in buying after the first of the year. Talked to Roger and he provided the info I needed. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I have good experiences in the past with service dept.
Chris Kidd you go out of your way to provide excellent customer service! I finally found someone that listened and delivered exactly what I asked for, this was not easy because of bad experiences with other dealerships...you have restored my faith! Thank you so much for your professionalism and being a man of your word!!! Such an easy and pleasant experience! If you're looking for someone that will go above and beyond please stop by or call Kris! You can find car salesmen with cocky attitudes everywhere but Kris is one in a million! Thank you!
Very friendly staff. Prompt with appointment times. Excellent advice regarding anticipated service and repairs. The facilities are almost new and very customer oriented. All repairs were performed correctly and in a timely manner. The staff goes out of their way to make customers feel comfortable and appreciated. A special shout out to Shannon in the service dept. I really like this dealership and the way I have been treated for the past 4 years. I have recommended them to others.
Pretty satisfied. They were professional and polite. I had to go back to get service that was not their fault but when I told the person that sold me the extended warranty that i was going to cancel it, that's when the gloves came out. I told him I bought it because I was misinformed about what it covered. He actually yelled at me and said he never told me such a thing. Ok then. He also stated I needed the additional warranty because buick doesn't have roadside assistance. He later apologized for yelling at me and said he may have misspoke about the roadside assistance because some new models don't have it. The brochure clearly states that ALL new buicks come with free emergency assistance. So overall it was a good experience but the 2nd set of keys were lost and it's almost 2 weeks and still no keys. It takes me close to an hour to get there. However, they gave me a nice loaner car for the day.
Excellent General Manager !! Helped us on a Saturday . Gave us a used car instantly ..... when my Buick broke down ! Super nice !!!!
