I purchased a 2017 Chevy Impala Premier on 9/17. I can not express how I felt buying this car! First, Greg Zimmer treated me as if I was buying a brand new Cadillac. Second, Chris Brown in finance treated me the same. This Company is for the people!!! Not for making top dollar on sales. In 2015 purchased a CPO 2011 Civic EX-L, priced a bit higher than I preferred. Had no problems with the Civic. Had family members who lived nearby Lamacchia Honda and for many years (more than 40 year) never had any neighborly conflict. In 2022 bought a 2022 Civic Touring from Honda City of Liverpool, NY, the finance person tried to sell me 3rd party warranties and other services, but they would not honor to repair any damages themselves. Everything was roughly 250 to 1,100 miles away if I needed to obtain repair work from these 3rd party partners of Honda City and they refused to offer me Honda Care Extended Warranty. Called a Honda Dealer in Massachusetts and got a favorable Honda Care quote and purchased from them. I went to Honda City with appointment for the 6-month service as dropped off early morning, but they never touched it and had to come back the next day. Oil Change was not done, said had not reached 5K miles. Engine was making noise, said it was normal, had molding that the factory put on that was defective, told would not fix because it came from factory that way. For my 12-month service took to Lamacchia and they did everything I asked. Civic has a power steering recall, at Lamacchia was in and out in 35 minutes. Staff is nice, place is clean, and have not had any issues. Yes! Honda City seems to carry one or two higher trim levels that Lamacchia won't have in inventory, but Lamacchia has a much larger selection of lower trim levels. Example Honda City has 40 vehicles and Lamacchia has 160 vehicles. Honda City lacks that personal engagement to make you feel comfortable. At Lamacchia it feels more down to earth, and you get treated like a person. Go in with a good attitude, ought to leave with a good attitude. If not satisfied, how could have been done better. If the staff at Lamacchia Honda treated you unkind or unfairly, ask for Mr. Lamacchia and he will take care of matters so you can leave as a happy customer.

This is a luxury suv with plenty of room. I'm still learning the features. It is a smooth ride with a great interior. Great for towing a popup camper.

Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

exciting,friendly and fast.went in at 10am test drove the enclave we wanted,processed loan app. went home at 1pm for lunch,received a call at 3;30pm the vehicle was ready,by 6pm we were driving the new vehicle home.Awesome experience.would recomend to anyone looking for new or used vehicle.

I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.

I just purchased a 2024 Yukon Denali XL. This is my 3rd Yukon. So needless to say I am sold on this style of vehicle. The style and comfort are impeccable. Had a 2009, 2019 and now a 2024 XL. Never had any problems.

The styling looks great outside & everything functions as it should. It has loads of options, heated & cooled seats & steering wheel, very cold air, big comfy 7 seats. While not a luxury-looking plush interior, it is very nice. A couple pieces of plastic molding inside are loose, a back panel I tried to take off & the visor mirror on drivers side. I've owned this for 6 months & adore it! Very roomy.

check the oil every tank fill, dealer advised if it dropped too far it would scrap the timing chain, interference engine lock up. a 6 inch strip of paint blistered off the roof, the rear deck won't set down horizontal (everything slides to the rear. rides like a limo, handles like a dream, no real probs. 168k on the odo.

Bought my granddaughter her first car at Claycomb’s …. a year ago…. Given the escalating price of used cars, we still got a very fair deal. There were a few minor problems right after delivery and rhe dealer took care of them right away. We are on our second service cycle and they got us in very promptly. I feel the minor repairs they did were very fairly priced. Dealer staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I hate bread some negative reviews about this dealership and would remind people that no dealer is perfect there’s obviously for one situation is no matter where you go… But I would put the this dealer’s reputationreputation against any of the major dealerships in secondary used car dealerships

I love my 2018 GMC Acadia just wished windows were tinted and had a tv for kids and grandkids overall I have had this truck for 2 years and I Love it and use it for family drives cuz of how much room it has I have even used it for work meetings and we all travel to the meeting together .

Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!

Just the right size for 2 adults, a child, two large dogs and two large ice chests to head to the boat with all our equipment and food. Hated to see them downsize it in '17. It has had few maintenance issues and they have been reasonable in cost. It has kept it's value over the years.
