2024 GMC Yukon XL review

2026 GMC Terrain review
This will be my 3rd GMC Terrain. Each has been reliable for me, and on my 1st put over 200,000 miles on before trading in. for this 2026 I traded in my 2020 with almost 100,000 miles, but the deal was right and came at a good time. I love the comfort of this year's version, the acceleration and performance outdo previous versions. Spacious for 4, and room enough for 5, with plenty of cargo space. Compared to other cars of similar size and style, this one was right!

2019 GMC Yukon review
We drove two states over to McKenzie Buick GMC in Milton, FL to meet with Nick and make a purchase on our new Yukon Denali. Customer service was top notch. We were going for their 2019 Yukon Denali to replace a 2008 Tahoe LTZ. We are very pleased with the vehicle. The upgrades are wonderful. I wanted to update my review with more details because in our experiences, Joey Domingo has had great integrity and treated us fairly. Twice in the last two years he has given us quality customer care. Several months after we bought a Tundra, they honored the reimbursement for a second key and fob as negotiated (always get it in writing-this is true with any deal). Joey wasn't in town when we stopped in, but another rep looked it up for us and squared us up. Our family, relatives, friends and more know we can rely on Affordable Used Cars. This isn't to say that their inventory has only perfect cars, you still should do a test drive, see a car fax, and whichever other steps you do when car shopping. Saw a post about lug nuts not matching or other items, I think sometimes people don't realize they are buying a USED car that someone else owned previously. Sometimes people are shady to Affordable Used Cars and do dirty tactics to hide a mechanical issue for a sale - Affordable IMO does there best to reasonably work with a car they accepted. Even though vehicles are sold as is, they honestly try to work with people if someone is vocal about a car not performing right - most dealerships also run into this at times. They also are great at replacing windshields or comping that cost. I highly recommend this business and we will continue to refer people to go with Joey. Joey/Affordable can often get you a better financing rate even if you have longevity with your bank.

Good crew over at Bryan Jeffery Motors. I live in Kodiak and was looking for a used car and came across this dealership. The logistics for getting the vehicle to Kodiak requires a few steps but we were able to get it here with no issues. Pretty easy to get a hold of the guys at Bryan Jeffery Motors and usually heard back on questions within a day, if not same day. Had to have someone look over and test drive the vehicle and the crew was pretty flexible with their schedule. My buying process was pretty simple and didn't require a loan or any financial lending, so I don't have too much feedback on any in-house financing or work with banks. Had to pay extra to get the vehicle to Whittier to be put on the ferry but was appreciative that they were able to do that. Appreciated their ability to get an auto-start installed and winter tires changed over before shipping to Kodiak. Only negative feedback would be that the gas gauge was pretty much on empty when I received the vehicle, but that's about it. I am very pleased with the purchase and am loving my vehicle so far! Definitely would recommend others looking at Bryan Jeffery Motors for a vehicle.
2017 GMC Yukon review
I bought this 2017 Tahoe w LT trim new. Have 60K on it now and have had no issues with it. We are not towing with it or doing high speed racing so we find the 5.3L Motor is smooth and quiet (and have not had any lifter issues which others have reported). Transmission and suspension also smooth. We keep Michelins on all our vehicles and have found this Tahoe very quiet and comfortable for road trips with 4-6 people and luggage. The LT trim pkg deleted some comfort items I wish I had (like heated steering wheel) but it still is pretty much leather-and-loaded so it was a good value at the time. I have had Suburbans for 35yrs before purchasing this Tahoe and I will probably go back to a Suburban for the extra cargo space when I trade this Tahoe in. But this has been a nice and reliable vehicle for us. No complaints.

Ordered a 2023 GMC Yukon XL Denali Diesel 4 wheel drive in March of 2023. Took GM 5 months to pick up the order even though I adjusted a few minor options that were on constraint to have the order picked up (these were items I could purchase the parts and have the dealer install such as illuminated GMC emblem, Denali door sills, illuminated GMC cargo sill, cross rails for roof carrier). I wanted the diesel for the mileage and longevity. I am very satisfied with everything with the vehicle so far. Ordered the 20 inch rims/tires for a better ride. The ride quality is remarkable, so smooth. I drive a combination city/rural each day and I average 25 or more MPG. I have 9000 miles on it so far, and not one single issue with it. It is smooth, quiet, and and packed with technology. Goes through the snow with no problem. I have had 7 Suburbans, Yukon XL's and Escalades and in the past, full size Cadillac Broughams, and this is the best riding vehicle out of all of them. I am very satisfied. The only issue is the price has gone through the roof to purchase new. The Suburban and Yukon XL used to be more affordable new. My previous 2015 GMC Yukon XL Denali has an engine issue (camshaft issue even though the oil was changed at the dealer every 3K miles) at 165K miles and I had to trade it in quickly, so the dealer took it on trade when I ordered the 2023, and they wholesaled it. I was not going to buy another one with the 6.2 liter engine again.I really hope the diesel will go for many miles and years, and so far this vehicle has had no problems what so ever. Very glad I made the decision to try it again with the diesel engine this time. If the diesel was not available I would not have bought another GM full size SUV. Classic Painesville Ohio is the best to work with for sales, service and parts. They kept me posted throughout the purchase process and were very fair with the amount for the trade in and purchase price for the new vehicle.

Pleased with overall package. Not for speed enthusiasm driving but will get you there. Average gas mileage. Ride not the smoothest but okay. Overall, I'm pleased. Haven't had an American car in years. This Terrain SLT is nice 👍🏾.

I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine
