I have to give the BIGGEST THANK YOU To Larry, Drew and the F&I manager for putting me in a brand new GMC Terrain. My current car broke down and no other dealer could find me the vehicle I wanted or give me a price that would fit my budget. As a single mother of three and a limited amount to spend I was so desperate to find a vehicle quickly. I couldn't imagine having no car for another day. They went out of there way to pick up my disabled car, at no cost to me, from lower Westchester so i could at least use it towards another vehicle. They put me in a beautiful state-of-art black on black brand new terrain that I drove off in today. Wow, all within hours I was driving for only $139 a month after they gave me a good amount for my car. I never would have thought I would be driving a car as nice as this for so little down and such a small monthly payment. When most people say they don't have good experiences buying a new car I have to say I had the best experience EVER leasing a vehicle from Vail Buick GMC. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. This is my second lease with Vail Buick. I had a 2015 Enclave, and now a 2018 one. The dealership is large, clean, welcoming without feeling pushy. The salespeople are great. I loved working with Claire Miller. Biggest Con: General Manager is a really nasty guy and has lost good people because of how verbally abusive he can be. He is careful not to do this in front of customers, but has a longstanding reputation.
Desmond greeted me right away-when you want to buy that's important-the time spent was meaningful-we discussed possible down payment & amt monthly payment would be & I took that amt to other dealers & no one was close. Other dealers tried to tear the deal apart - one claimed I wouldn't get the moonroof-I said I saw the vehicle & the sticker on the car & it was included in the price. one tried to fit me into a Chevy Malibu-not a worthy replacement
Leo is very professional and knowledgeable the leasing process was a very smooth one no beating around the bush unlike other dealers. Thank you Leo and Marc it was a great experienced. We will definitely refer you guys. Julio and I love our 2019 Equinox.
Not sure anyone enjoys car shopping- I know I don???t but I have to say that I had a very pleasant experience at this dealership. I visited 3 tines before deciding on my certified, pre-owned equinox. Rita, Joe and Joe were very patient and thoroughly explained feautures, warranties and financing options. There was never any pushy sales pitch and I was treated with respect, professionalism and friendliness from the minute I walked through the door and through the time my plates were put in my car two weeks post purchase. I am a demanding customer and I would highly recommend this dealership. Great job guys!!!

David Baranauskas was our Sales Rep. We were very pleased with his knowledge of the Chevy Equinox. He was friendly and personable, not pushy. He spent a lot of time with us and did not rush us into any decisions. We stopped in on Friday night and then purchased the Equinox the next day. What we noticed with other dealers, they first have the sales rep speak to you, then they have their manager step in to close the deal. Schumacher Chevrolet is different, David was our sales rep the entire time with no other manager getting involved with the sale. We appreciated that. David also is going above and beyond creating YouTube videos to help consumers like us understand all the new technology these cars have now. It's a great idea, he truly wants to help his clients. We also met with Cory Calabrese in financing and he explained in detail all the extra options available for additional warranties. Again, he was also not pushy letting us decide what was best for us. I had the best experience today purchasing my Chevy equinox my salesman Lou was the greatest it was like doing business with a old friend. And the icing on the cake was meeting the owner Ms Julia such a down to earth woman she introduced herself and sat and talk with me and my mom like she knew us for years. This is my second Volvo leased from Prestige and specifically, Ron Landstrom. Nothing but great things to say about the team there and the process - from them trying to find my daughter a Pretige teddy bear - to pricing the XC90 very competitively - to them bending over backwards making sure I???m happy. In my experience, you???ll be hard pressed to find a better dealership to do business with.
I had gone to a previous Jeep dealership and was misinformed and deliberately mislead. I tried Healy and had a completely different experience. The salesperson (Nick) was understating and authentic. He empathized with my previous feelings of frustration and was up front the entire time. I can’t say enough positive things about Nick’s approach to selling cars. He was not pushy and very supportive with a passive approach which is appreciated in a field of aggressive salespeople. Finance (Anthony) was also very accommodating and genuinely friendly.
This is my first time writing a review on anything so if you are in need of a new car try Healy first.
Friendly staff, fair deals, fast service, great vehicles. Nice building and waiting area. 10/10
