AutoSavvy Post Falls review
I had a great car buying experience at Post Falls, and Matthew made the whole process refreshingly straightforward by explaining financing options in plain terms and keeping me updated. The vehicle was spotless at pickup and the paperwork was completed faster than I expected. Communication and follow-up were solid, which made getting into my new car completely stress-free. I recommend Post Falls if you want honest, no-nonsense service.
2025 Honda Civic review
I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

I recently purchased a used vehicle and worked with Jed Hanlin. Excellent experience! The car is in perfect shape and was even detailed before I left! Jed is experienced, professional and kind, and made the whole experience a pleasure for my family. Overall this dealership and their staff exceeds expectations and I will highly recommend them!
2020 Kia Soul review
This is the second sol I have owned and I couldn't be happier. Although both were bought in Tucson Arizona the dealership in Lawrence Kansas has been great. I haven't been notified of a recall on my car I am concerned about the anti theft device I have been hearing about and the oil ring problem in some of the 2020 sols. Just a little worried my car may have this problem. Any info would be great.

NW Group Auto SalesReviews
NW Group Auto Sales review
Synopsis: Excellent service, extremely high level of follow-through, very concerned about customers being happy with their purchase. I bought a car from them at a long distance. When something went wrong, my local brand dealership tried to tell me it needed massive, massive repairs (it ended up just a small piece of trim). I went back to this business’s owner, furious. We could not reach an agreement. The process dragged on for well over a year. Eli (the owner) stayed engaged, stayed involved with trying to help resolve the conflict, despite my anger and my involving the Attorney General’s office. It took literal MONTHS. I thought he would give up. But he actually really seemed to care about my experience with his dealership- and then he proved it with his actions. We have finally reached an agreement that we can both live with. I cannot stress this enough: he DID NOT have to do this. I kept expecting him to just ghost me and write me off as an angry customer. He chose not to. This is exceptionally rare, in this day and age, to have this level of integrity. Things went wrong. Eli bent over backwards and sideways to make it right. I have to admit... I am very impressed.
2012 Volkswagen Golf R review
My criteria for a car was simple.... all wheel drive, manual transmission, and good performance. I've owned a number of got hatches but I'll go the distance and say this is my favorite. It drives like yours expect a German car should.... well mannered, quiet, planted, and reasonably quick. Interior is excellent and honestly I can say that domestic cars have a LONG way to go before they hit this quality. Really looking forward to having this car for years to come.

2012 Toyota Prius Plug-in review
This is my 3rd Prius. For a couple years, we owned 2 Priuses (Prii?) at one time: a Green 2007 Base model with cloth seats and then added a Red 2009 Touring model with leather seats. I started driving for Uber/Lyft in the '09 Prius in Jan of 2015. The Chicago Uber/Lyft mileage rates were pretty low, so having a car that averaged 50 mpg was a plus. Then, after selling the '07, we traded in the '09 for the 2012 PPI. Bought it in Nov of 2018 at a Chicago Warehouse Dealer. It was in perfect shape and had tinted windows. Then in 2022 we moved from Chicago to Florida and bought a house with Solar Panels. I added Instacart to my Gig work and most of the time, my deliveries are on electric only miles. Even doing Gig work....I average only about $25 a week in Gas costs. In all 3 Prii....I've never needed any major repairs. I change the oil every 5k miles and have never needed new brakes yet on any of them since I do my best to use the coasting/regeneration method of braking.....which I believe extends the life of the brakes. Only regret is: the car has HEATED seats.....which was great in Chicago, but now here in Florida....wish they were Air Conditioned seats instead! I already have my eyes set on the new 2023 Prius Plug in (Prime?)....but will wait for them to come on the used car market. My current 2012 PPI will be too old for rideshare in 2027....so I have a good 3 more years to do research.

2013 BMW 535 Gran Turismo review
Purchased 6 months ago with 144,000. Got it dirt cheap and did a few repairs like a new front axle, new water pump and thermostat, new brakes all the way around, abs sensors brake pad sensors etc etc. Not perfect but drives like a dream. Something funky about the ABS system getting triggered into the ABS light coming on along with traction control if you accelerate quickly. Accelerate slowly up to 10 mph and it never comes on no matter how fast you drive or how much you accelerate on the freeway. In town I don't care if I trigger the ABS or not because I don't have to use Cruise control. If I'm taking a long trip I take care not to accelerate too quickly until I get to the freeway. Power moonroof doesn't work and I'm not going to mess with it don't want to have any trouble . Small price to pay...kind of annoying sometimes but very reliable vehicle. Engine doesn't use any oil.. I get between 25 and 30 Mi to a gallon depending on how I drive on the open Highway. Super comfortable Ice Cold Air Conditioning. Super fast even in Comfort mode.

AutoSavvy Post Falls review
Purchasing my vehicle from Post Falls was a truly memorable experience. Matthew guided me with such attentiveness, making each step feel personalized and clear. The dealership's comfortable and welcoming atmosphere put me at ease immediately. It's rare to find such a blend of professionalism and genuine friendliness. I wholeheartedly recommend checking out Post Falls for your next car purchase – you won't be disappointed!
2024 Mazda Mazda3 review
Previously we have owned a 2016 Mazda Hatchback with the 2.0 liter engine and manual transmission. Our biggest complaint with that car was the lack of power. We were not expecting a performance car, but the 2 liter engine in that car was just anemic. My wife didn't feel safe trying to pull out into traffic. We recently purchased a 2024 Mazda 3 Premium with 2.5 liter engine and manual transmission. While still not feeling like a sports car (it is not one) it does have considerably more torque than the 2016 we owned previously. Things we like about the 2024 model: - the bump in power - fuel economy - the interior. the seats are somewhat firm, but comfy. The dash is nicely layed out - the buttons on the console are useful - heater/AC controls are buttons and knobs - easy to use - the heater fan! We have had several Mazdas, and the fan has always been underpowered. the fan in this car is adequate - two driver settings that will put the seat in the correct position, as well as let you set the brightness of the heads up display - seat heaters Things we don't like: - auto sensing wipers. the only way to use the intermittent wipers is with the 'auto' setting, and it operates properly only intermittently at best - the door for the gas filler. it is not difficult, but if you don't know how to do it, you may need to google (what I had to do at the gas station) - Fully electric parking brake - I would prefer a manually operated brake. - The pedal area is somewhat narrow. I have somewhat wide feet, so I have to keep that in mind, as some shoes make driving cumbersome. The reliability question was required, which is a rather lame requirement when one has owned a car for a month. I gave it 3 stars as I have no idea yet as to the reliability.

I just drove home in my GMC Acadia from Post Falls and couldn't be happier with how smooth the whole process was. Matthew made the test drive relaxed and walked me through financing options without any pressure. Ryan Bessire handled the paperwork quickly while Matthew Donaghue followed up to make sure everything was set before I left. The SUV was spotless at pickup and the team at Post Falls made buying straightforward and genuinely enjoyable.

2023 Kia Soul review
I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.

2018 Honda Civic review
I have had my car for a few years now. I have 102k on it now. I took it in for the A/C recall and Fuel pump. My injectors were replaced as part of the fuel pump recall. I have had zero other issues, all was paid for. I am as happy with it now as I have ever been. I get a constant 35MPG combined and it has 205hp with excellent handling. I’m old, I’ve had a lot of cars. This is truly an engineering marvel. How could you get this mileage and power for that price? Do your research. I drive it very aggressively in so cal canyons etc and it makes me smile.. that alone is worth the reasonable price. Mine is stock, but my warranty just ended at 100k so stay tuned……

2020 Subaru Impreza review
First things first... I view any car as a necessary evil.... I view them as something to get stuff from point A to point B. If I had My druthers I'd bicycle everywere but, since I live in the Berkshires of Massachusetts and as such we get a lot of snow and I can't. The Impreza fits the bill of what I need in a car. I have driven many cars in all kinds of conditions, the Impreza has never let me down. I'll admit it won't win most drag races but if you're looking for safety and reliability look no further. Mine is a lease and is the base model, but is chock full of great and useful features such as lane assist, hazard warning and my favorite adaptive cruise control (which brakes for you as the car in front of you slows down.) I had the first iteration of the Impreza in the nineties and that was good... This is awesome. Before I leased the Impreza I did due diligence by test driving Honda, Hyundai, Nissan and Toyota... The Impreza had most of the features I wanted at the price point that I wanted... Also the only manufacturer that offered AWD on the base model.

2023 Subaru Impreza review
We had Subarus' before. A 2015 impresario, and a 2021 legacy, we traded the impreza for. We drove the legacy for about a year, and was never really happy with all the bells, and whistles, even though it would be great for someone who likes all those features. I have owned a lot of cars, and this 2023 Impreza is my favorite. It still has some hi tech stuff. But is basic enough for me to use everything on it. I would highly recommend this car without hesitation

I purchased a 2022 Mazda 3 Select from Cochran Mazda in Wexford, PA. The sales lead Ben Schuster was awesome to deal with and really knew the product. Recently just bought an Audi S5 from West State Motorsports and my experience was amazing. The dealership was extremely nice and all of the staff was very professional and knowledgeable. I was able to test drive the vehicle the same day I came to check it out and they didn't pressure me at all into purchasing it. The overall process was very easy and I would highly recommend this dealership.
2017 Ford Focus RS review
If you have the chance to get your hands on one of these things, do it! This car will put mad smiles on your face everytime you drive it. An amazing little rocket by Ford. Suggestion: Get a paint correction, Ceramic coating and clear bra for the front and peeps won't stop staring at your RS. Also a Scorpion exhaust will make it sound incredible with all those pops and bangs. Incredible car! Thank Ford!

2014 Toyota Prius review
The one weak point is that there is a design defect. The exhaust manifold leading to cylinders tends to get clogged up. Must be cleaned every 60 k miles (200 dollar job) to avoid head gasket replacement. Otherwise should run forever. 250 k miles and doesn't use drop of oil. 2014 is known to be vintage year, with all kinks worked out of generation 3 - except for aforementioned. Besides being ultra reliable, the car is simply the best use of space and readily available fuel possible. Enormous cargo space with back seats down. Up, passengers have room almost equivalent to full-size sedan. Simply best car ever made. Just look out for traction battery expense. But even that can be mitigated using rebuilt batteries and independent shops.

CarMax Spokane review
CarMax does fine, but a little cumbersome since they are so big. Daniel and JJ were very helpful. Cars.com, however, is slow on removing cars from their pages. Twice I went to CarMax to see a car, because Cars.com emailed me that the car I wanted was still available, at that location. Both times it had been previously sold. Frustrating when you’re looking for a specific model.
2018 Kia Stinger review
Car is a 2018 Stinger GT2. Beautiful exterior. People stop and tell me how sharp the Stinger looks. Great fun to drive. Decent gas mileage (21 mpg around town & 28 mpg on the road). Michelin tires started to have pieces break of at 21000 miles even though lots of tread left. Very expensive.
