I've gotta say, my car buying experience at Serra Ford for the Ford Ranger was freakin' amazing! The whole team there was top-notch, especially Rachel Kupke, my salesperson. Candy Serra, the sales manager, was also awesome. She personally made sure I was happy and really helped with the financing process. Candy really cared about making my experience top-notch. The rest of the Serra Ford crew was fantastic too. They were all friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process a breeze. I walked in and felt right at home. And let me tell ya, the Ford Ranger itself is one badass truck. The Serra Ford team knew their stuff and helped me find just the right one. They explained all the different options, safety features, and cool tech stuff. All in all, I can't recommend Serra Ford enough. 2014 Chevrolet Sonic review
Had car 8 yrs only trouble I had was upper o2 snsir went out. Still runs like a kitten.Great sound system, easy steering wheel control. Drive it from Louisiana to North Carolina once a year great gas mileage.

2013 Ford C-Max Hybrid review
This 2013 c-max hybrid has absolutely stood the test of time , unexpectedly driving excessive miles daily for years without having any mechanical problems, we did replace worn tires and always kept up with the recommended sevice maintenance by Ford. I am really impressed by this lil car. Now being sold to continue driving a hybrid car. I defiantly would recommend the c-max.

2016 Hyundai Veloster review
I purchased my car used. It was a trade-in to a Toyota dealer in San Antonio, Texas. It started off as a rental in Florida and I am the 3rd individual to own it. It has been an overall good car. But, the AC control knob that controls the fan speed has gotten stuck om low. I can still control the temp, but on cold mornings, it takes forever to defrost the windows, and om hot days, forever to cool the car. Also, there are times the screen that shows the back-up camera doesn't work. There are big-time blind spots with this car, so the camera is necessary. When the screen goes out, so does the radio. I am unable to turn it on, no volume, or changing stations. It's as if there is no radio at all. I thought at first I may need a new control knob, but now I am thinking there may be a wiring problem... such as a disconnect exfed or burned wire. I don't think it's a fuse. If so, it wouldn't work at all. Any suggestions?

2020 Tesla Model S review
I had my Tesla S for about four months now. Its a great car. Have a Nemi 14-50 outlet in the garage for 40 amps. It charges faster than what the appl. says. Autopilot is about 80% self driving and is great in traffic. I don't think the extra $200 for FSD is worth it. It quiet and powerful. I go 150 to 175 miles between charges on a longer trip. Plenty of charge stations around

My i4 eDrive 40 is a great car. Plenty of pep. Comfortable interior. Quality construction. GPS/Radio Controls/various interfaces ... not so good. You have to know what you are looking for, and ofter, go down too many levels to get to the proper input/output. More switches and dials would be better.

Awesome experience buying our Cadillac DTS. Jay is very helpful. He suggested the best possible financing with a local Credit Union. The process was easy and done mostly online and phone. I have been dreading the car buying market because, for the last couple of years, the shadiness of dealers was taken to a whole new level. I had my name on a waitlist for a car, and it didn't seem like they were getting any anytime soon, so my husband told me I needed to make a decision. So, I was looking at a Mercedes, and my student mentioned that the new BMW X1 was worth checking out. I am SO glad that I did. We walked into the dealership, and were warmly greeted by the front desk. Shannon Polsgrove greeted us, and offered to help us. I told her what I wanted and asked her if we could build one out. She was so positive, fun, helpful, kind, and supportive throughout the whole process. She made me feel like I was ordering their top car in the dealership, and was patient with all of my questions. She gave her honest opinion about color and build, and the experience that I had been dreading for months turned into a fun and happy one, and I built a car that I am super excited about, after two years of not being excited about any. We also met the manager, Steve Williams, who was just as friendly and patient. Mind you, it was past closing at this point, and neither of them were rushing us, even with knowing that we still had the Mercedes to look at. We left and went to the dealership down the road, and had the exact opposite experience. I won't get into details here, but it solidified my decision that BMW of Farmington Hills was the relationship I wanted to create. We called the next day and placed a deposit, and as promised, we placed our order with the exact build, and were immediately given a production number, where we could track our truck. I have been told by so many dealerships that you don't get to pick anymore, and you get whatever comes in, and I'm happy to say, that is not the case with this dealership. Everything was stress-free and positive, and I can't wait till my car comes in! I have been telling everyone about my experience, because it really was unlike any car experience I've ever had! They have a customer for life with me! And now my family and friends are all interested in a BMW.
2023 BMW i4 Gran Coupe review
I've had EVs since 2012. First was a Nissan Leaf, then a VW eGolf, then an Audi A3 etron. Those were all outstanding cars, but compared to all of those the i4 eDrive40 is in a different class. It's very responsive and quick. It feels extremely high-tech and plays Hans Zimmer iconic sounds. When we've gone on longer trips, consistently gets 280-300mi / 100% charge. Unless we're on a trip, I only charge it to 80% and it gets about 220-240mi on a charge. It's amazingly smooth and solid, and the interior is top notch. The M-Sport Pro package with custom color and leather made it at the top of the price range, so from a value perspective it seems excessive.

Very good, no pressure, honest experience. The salesman, Alex, listened to any concerns we had and acted on them. My only mixed reaction was the financing. As to the online financing, I filled it out but I don’t think the dealership looked at it and offered a local credit union financing. We wanted to put a large amount as a down payment by they advised us to get a bigger loan ; that banks wouldn’t bother with smaller loans. I question this, but didn’t know how to do this with online financing.
2017 Honda Fit review
Bought it new in 2017 because I wanted a small car that didn’t crumple in an accident. Well it didn’t. Had a major accident and it was totaled. Hit by a much larger truck combined front and driver side collision, went airborne over 2/3 lanes, knocked down utility poles and stopped. I crawled out the drivers door with only bumps and bruises. I am 76ers old. Nothing in the car touched me, except the airbags. The medics didn’t believe me. (I am an RN). I am so grateful that it did it’s job by saving my life. So, I Bought another FIT. The driver’s seat is uncomfortable on a long trip and it takes a few seconds to get in gear. That’s all I have for negatives.

2012 Volkswagen Beetle review
The Beetle Turbo is a blast to drive, This car combines styling of the older generation beetle with good enough turbocharged power, making it a fun and exciting ride. Its 2.0l engine delivers a pretty quick acceleration, and the handling is surprisingly agile for a compact car. The interior is both somewhat stylish and comfortable, with a touch of the classic Beetle design. Plus, it's got a pretty good sound system. 2025 Acura Integra review

2016 Volkswagen Beetle review
I traded in my Buick Enclave for a VW Beetle over 6 years ago and have loved it nearly every day. The Turbo engine is fantastic. It's been a great little car. The only complaint is that it's not great (at all!) in the snow. Other than that, two thumbs up.

2018 Toyota Prius review
My previous car was a 2014 Prius. The 2018 has added safety features which are very valuable, & has even better mileage, and a very smooth drive --handles well. However, there is less trunk & glove box space, & it is more complicated to work some of the features, such as setting the clock. On the 2014, all I had to do was press the hr & min buttons. On the 2018, I had to watch a youtube a few times, & then it took me a few tries to reset the clock.

2023 Mazda Mazda3 review
The sound system is amazing. I upgraded my old Mazda 3, 2015 to a 2023. The inside is much quieter. I love my heated seats. We've owned many Mazdas and have loved them all. The reliable little cars with great gas mileage.

2019 Mercedes-Benz AMG GT 63 review
I leased this car initially after having leased a GT Coupe for 3 years and needed a larger car for expanding family. I recently bought it out of the lease because I truly can’t imagine a better car in its class. It’s exhilarating to drive even in my 4th year of ownership. It looks imposing but not flashy, it sounds excellent (though admittedly the coupe sounded more muscle car like which I loved), is extremely fast and capable yet also very comfortable when you want to relax. Loaded with technology, large trunk that can easily fit two international check in luggage, massaging seats, great bolstering/support. Plus all wheel drive so car be a great all season car if you live somewhere with rain/snow, just make sure you swap the tires for winter ones as the Michelin pilot sport cup 2s are slippery in those conditions. If you’re looking for something that does it all and has supercar performance, this is a tremendous (in my view, best) option. I own a land rover defender 90 first edition, Ram 1500 limited, and Ferrari 599 gtb. This is my daily driver as it does everything the other three do (even faster than the Ferrari in fact) apart from hauling my bullmastiff, which I always use the ram for (though he used to ride in this GT when he was still a puppy). Anyways, don’t hesitate, this car is perfection.
