Returning to write another great review of Audi Bellevue Service. Our Audi Q5 had an engine light come on (malfunction indicator light) on Thursday afternoon. We had a road trip planned for the next day Friday early morning. We immediately drove to Audi Bellevue service and were met by Michael H right away. He recognized me from last time and immediately inquired if the previous issues had returned or if this was new. I told him the situation and our dire need to get this seen right away so that we could keep our travel plans. Michael understood the the time sensitivity of the situation and quickly got our car in for the codes to be read. We arrived at 5 pm and the service center closed at 7 pm so we had little time. While it was being diagnosed, Michael helped us come up with alternative solutions, ie a loaner, driving a limited distance on the car as is, potential fixes that might temporarily solve or long term solve probably causes, etc. Michael continued to keep us informed along the way with quick and periodic updates, and checked in with us on our action plan. I?ve worked in customer service and owned a business that needed strong people persons; I?d hire Michael in a second for any job that needs a good communicator; friendly disposition, and the ability to quickly assess a situation and come up with an action plan using the ALL the tools at his/her/their disposal. I will continue to return to audi Bellevue service center for my automobile needs, including sticking with Audi for future car needs down the road, knowing I can get them serviced here. Thanks for helping us keep our Friday morning trip plans!

The car is great looking, fast and comfortable. Recommend to anyone especially as an everyday driver. It turns heads wherever I go. Also get everyone wanting to look at.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

I purchased my 2023 Type R in July, with the intention of only driving it on Sunday's (weather permitting). Well..... that didn't last a week !!! I can't get enough time to drive it !!! I treat her with kit gloves.

Have put about 12,000 miles on a used 94ah Rex over the past year. It's a unique little car to be sure, with some substantial upsides and downsides. First the good stuff: It's a fantastic city / mall / school drop off / tight quarters car. Very quick under 50 mph, turning radius of a bike, only a bit larger footprint than a Mini. Just a fun little car to zip around in. The interior fits 4 pretty comfortably, and it's a pretty open, airy feeling despite being so small. Not cramped at all. I really like the styling as well, and it's on the cheap end of cars we've owned over the past 15 years. It's been pretty reliable for the most part, but the Rex does not seem to like to sit for long periods without use. It threw codes several times during the first couple months, all of which cleared and did not immediately recur. I believe it sat at the dealer for many months prior to me purchasing it. After that initial spat of codes, it's worked flawlessly. Range is fine for around town, I would not attempt long distance travel, though you COULD do it. I have always charged it at home, with a level-2 charger I installed myself. Electricity is about 1/4-1/3 the cost of gas under this setup, so it's very efficient. Now the not so good: The rear tires burn up fast, are unique to the car (no other car uses the same tire size), are kind of expensive, and honestly, the traction isn't great. Plan on replacing tires every 12-15k miles, if you make it that far. It's particularly bad in the snow. There's no way to reduce the lift off regen, so it will drag its rear end. You end up left foot braking when it's really slick to make sure you engage the ABS. Do not plan on this being your snow car. The range also goes down significantly in the winter. It'll do >100 miles of around town driving in the summer months, but that's more like 60-70 when it gets cold. Has to run the heat pump, heat the battery, etc. It's only got 4 seats (2 in back). A tiny middle seat probably makes more sense, though it would only be for small children. The BMW connected app subscription is basically a requirement to connect to your utility and get credit for charging off peak (if it's available in your region). It's $120 a year, which is typical German luxury xx. The Odd: The exterior is...different. It sure does attract attention. I guess to each his or her own. Rear suicide doors work pretty well, but they come with a bit of a learning curve. At least people can get in back without front passengers having to get out or bend over. It has a scooter engine, and it sounds like it too! My take: It's a great 3rd car for a family that does a lot of pick up / drop off, grocery-getting, commuting, etc. in a relatively small radius (say 20 miles max, each way). Under that setup, it's very cheap to run, it's fun to drive, it fits everywhere, and it's a nice place to spend time. As the only household car, forget it. As the 2nd car in a 2-car household? Only if you don't spend a ton of time in freezing weather / snow. But in a household where it competes with an M2, an Odyssey and a Cayenne, I put more miles on the i3 than any of the other cars over the past year. So I clearly like the darn thing! Other Recommendation: Get bimmercode app and code on a function that allows you to manually start the Rex at any time the battery is under 75%. Waiting til it hits 6% to turn on automatically isn't going to run it often enough to keep it happy. You don't want to run the battery that empty very often either.

I'd like to echo what Bill Taraday said about working with Brittany New. She's incredible! We came in to test drive the Subaru Forester, and was quickly impressed at her wealth, and depth of knowledge. Once she understood my priorities, she made some additional recommendations, which were spot on. I came back and purchased a used VW with Brittany's help, and never felt pressured. It was genuinely a pleasurable purchasing experience, and would highly recommend working with Brittany. We will be back!

I bought this car brand new in 2012. Paid 17k. Worth every penny. It has 63k miles onit right now. Have never done anything other than change the oil and filter. It runs like it is expected. Slow and easy. You won't win no races with it. But it gets my wife to work with no issues. { 5 miles} Rain or snow. We have taken it on several road trips. Including a couple 1000 plus mile trips. Running wide open the whole way. It has no problem. I am a big guy. Very un comfy in most cars. But this I fall right into it and am able to climb back out with ease. The interior is cloth. Its starting to fade. But still no tears or wear marks. Theres nothing fancy about this car. But my wife loves it.

We live in Burien, so this was not the closest Subaru dealership, but we liked it a lot better than the one in Renton. I hate shopping for and buying cars, but I felt that Carter made it as painless as possible. We worked with Bryan Deando, who was wonderful. We ended up with a certified preowned Impreza, which I'm very happy with. Everyone was very friendly, it seemed very low pressure, and Bryan was very well-informed. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a Subbie!

I own the 2011 Impreza Outback Sport. Can't say enough great things about this car. Over the past 10 years I have put 155,000 miles on it and it's still my every day vehicle. The biggest issue I've ever had with it was I had to replace the fuel pump around 120k. It's great in the snow, it handles very well overall, and I know it's safe to drive thanks to Subaru's 5 star crash rating.

I had a fantastic experience here. The service was quick and efficient. I was so lucky to have a nice sales assistant. He explained car functions through test drives very well, and was also transparent to key information about pros and cons for different models.

I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

It was a easy process to purchase our car. Our sales person was wonderful. Thank you Henry. The only issue: the car was still dirty after it was detailed.

This car has never let me down, it is excellent to drive with regards to both comfort and handling. The only thing I would change is the styling of the hood, it should meet the grill.

Great dealer and even better parts and service department. You may buy a car once every few years, but you will need services done, either routine or out of the blue, way more frequently. The great thing about this dealer is how well the maintenance department is handling all our needs. Would definitely recommend this dealer.

This is a surprisingly fun car. We bought it mainly to not feel guilty running the AC in car line - but got to appreciate it in various situation. The range isn't great, the flimsy tires need getting used to - but for what a used (ideally certified pre-owned) one goes for - I really don't think you can go wrong. Unless you live in a city and have good places to charge - it probably is not a suitable car as your only car - but it's a great addition if you don't depend on it for a 300 mile drive. Accelerations is fun, the car is a lot bigger inside than it looks. It has a little bit of a theme park ride feel to it at times.

After 23 years of driving minivans and SUVs, I was ready for a change. I love my 2016 Mini Cooper S 4 door. with the 6 speed manual transmission. Car is great to drive, gets okay mileage (25+mpg) and is surprisingly practical.

Always a positive experience with AutoNation, Dannielle and Bulmaro were both good to work with. Dannielle has helped me prior with a troublesome TCM repair and today she assisted with a transmission service. Bulmaro handled an oil change earlier and finished up the transmission service. After living in a city and not owning a car for 10 years, this has been a pretty amazing car since my first ‘99 Mitsubishi Eclipse. I bought my 2018 Tesla S 75D used in April 2021 for $52k with about 35k miles on it. I saw similar models go for as high as 65k when used car prices went berzerk shortly after and now down to the 30s… But what I love about my car, that is a unique option for 2018, is having both the retractable sunroof and FSD capability. 2018, if my memory is correct, it is the last year a sunroof was available and the first year that the car had the hardware to handle FSD level software. And speaking of FSD, I do think calling it “Full Self Driving” is not really an appropriate description, it still gets a lot closer to autonomous than any other car brand out there currently (Jan 2024), and I don’t think it gets the credit it deserves. I can’t/shouldn’t lose focus of the road, but it does make longer drives a breeze. I don’t trust it completely and sometimes I intervene at times, but for the most part it takes a lot less mental energy out of driving and makes it that much more enjoyable. It’s as close to being a passenger while driving as I’ve gotten. As far as cons, I don’t have the long range battery and I live in the NYC area so when it is cold out especially, I might only get 3/4 of the estimated miles in actual miles. Fortunately it is garage kept at an apt building and probably doesn’t get below 50 degrees in there, and I lay $40/mo fixed to use the shared EV chargers in the building. There’s only few times I’m going on long enough drives to need to charge as long as I remember to charge it fully before going…. But looking back, I do think the longer range option would have been worthwhile. Some other highlights/things I like: - Premium sound option is great, has a small sub on the trunk and high quality mid/high end with a good EQ, so you tweak it to your liking and the quality will hold up all the way to level 11 (a Spinal Tap reference and one of many, many “easter eggs”). - This year was before the yolk steering wheel and pop out screen.. The screen in this year is gigantic, and the brightness adjustments and dark mode option make it less distracting than it sounds. - It’s FAST. I don’t have the ludacrous mode option but it’s still 0-60 in 4.2, and is oh so smooth and quiet on its way up. It also has a lot of “jerk” when you’re wanting to go from 40-60 or something like that too. (Fun math nerd fact- Jerk is the 2nd derivative of velocity and first derivative of acceleration. It’s how quickly acceleration accelerates.) - It’s a big car. The passenger space feels more like a 7 series BMW than a 5 series. And since it’s a hatchback style, it can haul a lot of stuff and some larger items more easily when you fold down the back row. Overall, I think it’s the best sedan on the market, and until another brand matches or surpasses Tesla’s “autopilot” capabilities, I’ll hold onto mine for as long as I can.

Sometimes the salesman really makes all the difference in the world. I've hated car dealerships since I was a kid. So When my car was totaled by a dude paying no attention for his yield left turn, I was very unenthused to make my way to energy auto sales to look at used cars within the budget of the insurance replacement. We came looking for a sedan of similar capabilities to the car I lost but it was square peg round hole enough that even Vasco, energys sales guy picked up on it. But this is where a great salesman made all the difference in both our experience and my opinion. Vaso listened to our story, really listened, and conversed with us until he found us in a suv. If someone'd told me that I'd be leaving with an suv I'd have laughed at their absurdity. But Vasco listened, Vasco suggested, and he was right. My wife had wanted an SUV for years, but it never felt like the right time. Now she has left happy with a dream come true, I have left happier as it feels like I'm not an the exit side of this accident (that i couldn't have avoided) with a car payment for something equal or lesser to what I had already paid off prior to the accident. And all for a price and experience that took very little time and an immensely pleasurable sales experience without all the balancing on a pole and haggling like a saudi market. If I ever find myself having to purcahse a car again in the near future, I'll be coming back to energy auto. The hour drive is well worth not feeling like I'm negotiating with a coyote.

Most fun driving car I have ever owned. I also drive it on the race track on HPDE days and it is the most fun car I have ever driven. The ability to set the car up the way you want it to drive is great, adds so much to the fun factor.

Volkswagen did a great job refining the MK8 GTI. Key points -One of the best handling FWD cars mainly due to the LSD, XDS and suspension refinement. -Very smooth power deliver almost 0 turbo lag. - 40th anniversary has to be the best value purchase as it comes standard with DCC and IQ lightings which are only available on the highest trim. The negatives include: -The infotainment can be improved wireless android and apple car play need to be standard. Can't set your phone properly on the wireless charger when the phone is attached to the wire. - Compared to the MK7 the coin holder and the sliding storage below the driver sear is missing. -Unable to disable auto start and stop feature permanently as restores to default on every time you start the vehicle.

Salesman(Stoney) very personable, not at all pushy but attentive. 2003 Ford Ranger in excellent condition, low miles, for a very fair price. Their cars are gone through by Hyundai of Everett and mine came with fresh oil change and free tank of gas. Robert the sales manager also very helpful and easy to work with. Easy exit from I-5.

The car is very reliable, bigger in the inside than you would expect, rides smooth, but the best part is its perfect for shorter people.

I have owned 5 of these cars, they are such a great car. Reliable, feul efficient and if yoh have the Vibe with the 2.4 liter notir, its quite pepi. I had a 2003 Vibe that went for 348,000 miles. Current 09 has 260,000 on it and still going strong. They dont make cars like this anymore, there all Junk!!
