Ide VolkswagenReviews
Ide Volkswagen review
Earlier this year I sold my 2017 Jetta to Ide through Kiersten and received the price I was looking for. Then recently I worked with Kiersten to trade in my older 2016 VW GTI in order to purchase a new 2023 VW GTI Autobahn. I believe I was given a fair price for my trade-in and was able to negotiate a fair price for the new car, which seemed agreeable to all parties involved. If I knew someone who was interested in purchasing a VW from Ide, I would definitely direct that person to Kiersten.

Vision Nissan of CanandaiguaReviews
Vision Nissan of Canandaigua review
My daughter purchased a used Honda CRV here about 2 months ago. There were a few minor issues with the car that were repaired prior to the purchase. That was done as promised. However about 2 weeks after taking possession of the car the safety features were disabled and the dash lit up like a Christmas tree. We brought it back and they had their service Dept. work on it. Fast forward a few days after that repair and it happened again. They took it in and ended up replacing the radar system and re-calibrating the safety features. They did all of this at no cost to us. Manager Thomas Conradt and salesperson, Rachel stack were great throughout the process. They took care of us as they said they would. In todays world of getting stiffed by seemingly everyone, this restored our faith in humanity. Vision Nissan was great! I'd buy another vehicle from them in a heartbeat. In addition to this, they gave us a good price on the car and a fair value for our trade. If you're looking for a car head over there and talk to them. They can help you.

Worked with Kiersten to sell my 2016 VW Golf GTI back to Ide, where I bought it and had it serviced throughout ownership. Kiersten was very friendly, easy to communicate with, and worked with me to meet my requests without issue. Service and experience all throughout the life of my VW ownership were great working with Ide.

We just wanted to take a moment to share our wonderful experience purchasing our new vehicle from your dealership. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. A special thank you to Molly, who went above and beyond to ensure we found the right vehicle. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire experience enjoyable. She took the time to explain all the features of the car, answered all our questions, and never made us feel pressured. The financing process was also seamless, with everything explained clearly and handled efficiently. When we picked up our car, it was spotless and ready to go, making the final delivery feel even more special. We truly appreciate the outstanding customer service we received. Thank you!!

This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Dick Ide Honda and the second vehicle in the past 15 months. Jennifer Flammia was our sales consultant and she was absolutely fantastic. It felt like we were dealing with a longtime friend, not someone i had just met minutes ago. She didn't try to sell me anything beyond what I wanted. She did a great job of helping us get the 2026 Ridgeline setup before we drove away. She made sure we knew she was available after the sale to help us if needed. She knew the vehicle very well and pointed out all the little things that separated the Ridgeline from other competing brands in the mid-size pickup class. She had a great sense of humor and we had quite a few laughs before we left with our Ridgeline. I will absolutely 100 percent buy my next vehicle from Jennifer.

Ide HondaReviews
Ide Honda review
Excellent experience… no pressure and Jenn F provided all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I felt like the car I purchased was priced where it should be and competitive to the local market. I’d buy another car from Jenn and Ide in the future and recommend them to others as well.

I have leased many cars in the past but this experience with Evan and Russell at Vision Hyundai of Henrietta was by far the most pleasant, stress free experience ever.

Had a vehicle delivered from elsewhere and a good experience. Quite a lengthy process but the sales rep was much easier to deal with than at conventional dealers. Would return.
