Rainer answered my on line inquiry within a couple hours. His response was all service based and once he identified what I was looking for, he was all in; he arranged to have the vehicle I was interested in transferred to a different location, he was knowledgeable about the unit and was able to navigate the questions I had. Excellent sales/customer focus and he got the sale.

I ended up driving the 3 hours to Sioux Falls the next day and was very pleased with the truck. The truck was just as he described. Very honest an great to do business with. Made the drive worth it! I found a vehicle here that I'd been looking for over the last several months. Because I live 5 hours away, most everything had to be done over the phone. Greg was amazing. He gave me a very fair value on my trade, helped me get the extended warranty I wanted, and was kind enough to hold on to the car until I was able to drive up and look at it! By far the best car buying experience I've ever had!

I contacted this dealer via email since I live 3 hours away. Skip promptly responded and I drove there the next day and purchased a 2006 Buick Terraza. They have fast and friendly service unlike many larger dealerships in big cities. Skip even recommended a very nice place to dine while we were in town. It truly was a pleasure doing business with them.

T&L Auto Sales review
I recently purchased a truck from T & L Auto Sales and couldn't be more appreciative of the care and service I received. Carlos, the sales person working with me was an absolute professional in the best sense of the word. Sparing too much detail, when I took the vehicle for a test drive I had a few concerns come up. He listened attentively and facilitated and open dialogue with their technician, Edgar. He went through my punch list of concerns and addressed them one by one. The whole team went above and beyond to expedite the work and to make sure I was confident with my new purchase. I would highly recommend T & L Auto Sales to a friend, family or anyone looking for a quality used vehicle at an affordable price. Thanks again to you all. I couldn't be more pleased with my buying experience and, of course, my beautiful new truck!

My sales rep was friendly and worked hard to make the deal work for me. I did feel pressured a couple of times. I drove away not sure I should have bought it. After driving it a week, overall I’m pleased with my purchase. It seems to be a pretty high quality used vehicle even with higher miles on it.
