Tiffany was amazing to work with! I talked to her before coming into the dealership and she made everything so much easier. I had a million questions 😂 and she answered every one of them without making me feel rushed or pressured. She stayed in contact with me, helped me figure out what I needed before making the drive, and made sure everything was lined up when I got there. Once I arrived, she introduced me to the sales team and they took it from there. I really appreciated having someone I could text and actually get a response from. Tiffany definitely made the whole car buying process a lot less stressful. Ask for her when you reach out!

VERY comfortable car, especially if you like being able to park easily, yet have headroom and not need a crane to lower yourself into your seat. The seats literally hug you. Perfect fit for me, and the dealership was great, no hassle.

I bought my Ridgeline from out of town with Tim O’Barr out of Winchester office and the experience was exceptional. 2012 Toyota Prius review
This car was purchased as a gift for my son to use to travel to his job out of town. He has a lease and I didn’t want him to rack up miles on his other car/lease. As a previous Prius owner, I know he would love another Prius to use daily. After this reliable vehicle is paid off, I plan to buy one for my other son and then a new one for myself! We love the hybrids in our family!

Made an appointment earlier this week, great visit with Chris got the price we wanted to sell out usedVW. Today I I tried to call and make an appointment to bring the car back and complete the deal. 2018 Honda Civic review
I have had my car for a few years now. I have 102k on it now. I took it in for the A/C recall and Fuel pump. My injectors were replaced as part of the fuel pump recall. I have had zero other issues, all was paid for. I am as happy with it now as I have ever been. I get a constant 35MPG combined and it has 205hp with excellent handling. I’m old, I’ve had a lot of cars. This is truly an engineering marvel. How could you get this mileage and power for that price? Do your research. I drive it very aggressively in so cal canyons etc and it makes me smile.. that alone is worth the reasonable price. Mine is stock, but my warranty just ended at 100k so stay tuned……

2020 Kia Soul review
This is the second sol I have owned and I couldn't be happier. Although both were bought in Tucson Arizona the dealership in Lawrence Kansas has been great. I haven't been notified of a recall on my car I am concerned about the anti theft device I have been hearing about and the oil ring problem in some of the 2020 sols. Just a little worried my car may have this problem. Any info would be great.

Purchased new in August 2018. Great performance and handling. Excellent braking and great aesthetics. Now at 95,000 miles. Needed rear brake rotors at 30,000 miles and rear third light at 3,000 miles. both covered under warranty. No other repairs needed. Extremely fun to drive. I average 28-29 mpg combined. I tend to accelerate quickly. Never an issue with the 6 speed. Comfortable on cross country trips.

Front mid console is a bit awkward in placement, making it difficult to put two drinks in the designed locations. Its also awkward for the passenger to open the compartment because the fit is too close to the front seats. The lack of any dedicated sunglass compartment is frustrating. The mitsubishi Mirage. I have one of these cars. Sure. It's only 78 horsepower sure. I still get on the highway but I let other cars pass by me. I don't try to keep up. It just takes your longer to get somewhere. That's all, but it's an awesome car. Nonetheless, if you want to have a good reliable car that doesn't take a lot of gas regardless of what people say about it, not being that great a car. It has a lot of zip to it and power and easy to park and handle. It's a great. Car. This car is much reliable. And fun to drive

2017 Volkswagen Golf GTI review
GTI's do almost everything well. Economy, performance, flexibility, holds value, road car, back roads car, safety, comfort, feature-laden and now almost $10K less than the price of the average new vehicle. Two minor flaws IMO. All GTI's should have Golf R climate controls. Standard controls too confusing and fussy. Rather set it and forgot it. DSG is "still funky after all these years." Don't get me wrong, the lightning quick shifts and in-traffic ease are compelling, but DSGs can be clunky and feel strange at low speed and can't yet read all of your intentions correctly, thus some odd decisions/shifts on occasion. Not a fault, just a thing. Otherwise brilliant. GTI is among the contenders for "best" mass-produced combustion engine car of all time. Yes, that good. If shopping the used market, I would strongly suggest one try to get a Performance Package car. Much better brakes that won't need brake service as often and stop better. Also, the electronically controlled differential aids both traction and handling.

2021 MINI Hardtop review
It be of no secret that the Germans are behind the production of the MINI Brand. The fit and finish, drive, engineering and even smell are all very much in tune with the Brand's Ownership. The drive and sheer joy one feels from driving one of these products makes you feel like a kid again, playing with their favorite toy after a day of school. There are bigger and more expensive offerings to choose but none have the character or joy of ownership of a MINI.

Drive Wise Auto Sales review
Online I submitted an inquiry about a vehicle. By Monday morning I received a phone and we went over the vehicle in brief detail. Based off the conversation I still wanted this vehicle, but I could not come get it until Saturday due to the hour thirty-two-minute drive from where I live. Saturday morning, we arrived bright and early and were greeted by the staff. We got right down to business, as I was on a time crunch. The professionalism, courtesy, and honesty helped this transaction go over smoothly. They were even welcoming to the fact that we came with our children! The end result, I drove off a happy woman with my new (to me) truck! I will definitely be recommending friends and family and also returning for future vehicle needs. Thank you both!

Rosenthal Acura review
I went through the processes inquiring about a vehicle and although in the end I decided on a different one outside of this dealership, I felt the the whole process was very transparent, no hassle, courteous, and professional. Kudos to Julian! Down the line when it’s time for another vehicle, I’ll be revisiting Rosenthal Acura.
2012 Volvo C30 review
My first car was a Renault Clio Bebop, followed by a Peugeot 106 rally car, then an Alfa 145 and then I met this C30 guy in 2009. I loved it. Then I bought a C30 again in 2012, with a nicer design, the EcoDrive. I still have this and it's been 10 years. It brings together everything I like in a car: safety, stability, resistance and beautiful design. It is a shame that so much damage has been suffered in the workshops that represent Volvo – Santogal in Portugal. There it was damaged in several ways, and in the last inspection, a few days ago, they did several things to it, namely: they filled the coolant tank too much (1 finger over the maximum), they cleaned the air conditioning system and at the time removing the grille. which is near the front glass, they broke a fitting and on the same side they lost a screw, that is, this grille is only fixed on the left side, on the right side it is loose. They discovered that the inner bellows was broken and for this reason they wanted to replace both steering arms. I know that to change this bellows you have to disassemble many things, it is a lot of work, but saying that “there is considerable clearance in the suspension arms” to justify changing the right and left arms seems too much to me, especially when I go for the mandatory inspection to request an evaluation of this clearance and verify that there is no clearance, they confirmed that the internal bellows is broken but found no clearance in the suspension arms. In the past they have damaged the rims mainly because Volvo wheel nuts are really challenging as they are one of the few brands that insist on making a capped nut that is sealed to look better but eventually comes loose. . When they loosen, they cannot be released easily and that is why they do it by hammering. Over time the paint wears off and now I have wheels that are a shame. In addition to all this, the C30 for me is a fantastic car with extraordinary features. On the home/work route it consumes 5.4, which is great, and in the city it consumes more, staying at 7.2. However, in addition to being a pleasure to drive this car, because we feel that we are in a safe car, it drives quite well and responds very well in situations where we need engine and power. The engine is a known and proven engine (Peugeot 307) and as such presents no problems in this regard. The exterior design for me remains one of the most beautiful. When the car is well washed (mine is silver) it looks beautiful and has an aggressive look, naughty I would say! :) It's lovely. It's a shame they ended this model. I won't let go of mine. It will stay with me until it reaches classic status! :)
