The facility is awesome. Negotiation over the price was fact based and efficient. They didn't waste my time or assume I didn't research the market. The sales experience was a pleasure. I drove three hours roundtrip when there is a dealership less than a mile away and it was well worth the time and effort. The whole process, and in particular the delivery, was everything that buying a luxury vehicle should be. The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

Let me start by saying our sales rep was excellent ,Yarib Cuebas, and our overall sales experience was good. The only thing I don't like is that, because of supply and demand, dealerships in general are overcharging for their vehicles well above MSRP. But we do love our new RAV4 hybrid. And once again our sales rep was great.

This is best Prius I have owned. The safety features allow me to be a better driver. The furl economy is amazing - 58 mpg on the last tank of gas with in town driving!

The service was excellent and completed when promised. Also, the dealership gave me a ride home and was very accommodating. I will continue to service my vehicle at this location

Before purchase, I did extensive research on this vehicle bc it was it was as close to a Mini Countryman in design as I could find. I am completely satisfied & never regretted after many miles & years. I am forever amazed at how well it is designed for comfort & ease of repairs. It contains more standard options than most and more than some expensive top of the line brands. After 9 years behind the wheel of this 2014 plus, I can only desire two faults that I'd improve, and that's the sides of the hood get dented very easily & the steering "feel" is very dead and unresponsive

I was sent an offer to trade my 2019 ford ranger from your office and possible lower my payment, but after negotiating with your sales dept it turn out that the ranger you had on stock was a little different than Mine , so it turn out that my payment would go up , I tried to work out a deal with them but they couldn’t help. My ranger is a 300a model and yours is a 301a , very little difference. One of your customer sales assistant was suppose to get back to me , but never did. Unfortunately this is not what I expected from you prestigious dealership . Maybe your sales dept. Could negotiate a deal base on the offer I received. I have a 2011 Ford Fiesta S with a manual transmission.I bought it with 120,000 miles and took a gamble.At first it had a issue with it revving by itself but then I cleaned the whole throttle body clean up the mass air flow sensor and haven't had a issue since .It now has 245000 miles and still my daily driver. It's interior is cheap but as long as you take care of it I think it's great for something for a to b traveling I take it everywhere across states and change oil and filters regularly along with other mechanical parts (all normal wear and tear)love this car

This 2013 c-max hybrid has absolutely stood the test of time , unexpectedly driving excessive miles daily for years without having any mechanical problems, we did replace worn tires and always kept up with the recommended sevice maintenance by Ford. I am really impressed by this lil car. Now being sold to continue driving a hybrid car. I defiantly would recommend the c-max.

I have the touring edition with all the bells and whistles. This top of the line car really boasts quality, the chrome touches and unique front end really makes it stand out. If you drive it in sport it drives really well along with great gas mileage. The ten speaker 452 watt sounds great, wish the subwoofer was larger but if you tune it well most songs sound good. The touring exterior really looks sharp, it looks different from the lower models.

Wonderful Service from the start to finish ! The salesperson that unbelievably helped us was Mr.Eduardo, he was very patient with our questions and concerns. He drove us through all the inventory making sure we found the perfect car. I bought my 4-door Yaris hatchback new (to replace a 14-year-old Tacoma my senior dog could no longer get into) and it has been a reliable daily driver for the past thirteen years. I live in Atlanta and commute about a half hour to and from work five days a week. I make occasional treks to the mountains with my dog to hike and go to Michigan once a year, but the vast majority of the time, I'm driving around potholes and idiots in the city. I love being able to fit into the smallest parking spaces. My gas mileage is a little lower than advertised (I'm getting about 26 mpg in the city), but that's likely the result of idling at red lights. It does better on the highway. The car handles nicely, runs quietly and hasn't given me a moment of grief. The windshield wiper motor did have to be replaced as a result of tree debris falling into the oddly open spaces where the arms are mounted. Oh, and changing the headlights is a misery! I miss the days when all one had to do was pop off a plastic cover and swap out the bulb. Once I learned I'd have to remove the bumper, I let the dealer handle it. And even the dealer wasn't thrilled because the old bulb had melted some of the wiring. All things considered, though, I love the car. Hoping to get at least twenty years out of it.

The only problem I'm having with this car the power windows on the driver side and the passenger side in the windshield washer motor I'm not are not working properly otherwise the car works very well and drives well and I have no other problems

I was super impressed with this dealership its HUGE. I went in wanting to purchase a Nissan Frontier. The customer service was exceptional. Teresa was my sales personnel she was very knowledgeable and kind. I would have to say the finance department could use a little work on providing faster assistance. Despite finance department I was very happy with my shopping experience . Definitely coming back.

We pull behind our 34 foot rv Fiesta is 5 speed manual, no steering wheel lock, puts o miles on when pulling , great fuel economy.

The receptionist and the general manager was at the front desk,a sales manager assigned sales person Cesar to me. Cesar was at no time pushed any extras and made the car buying process easy and stress free. It was a five star experience from start to end. It helps a lot to do your research beforehand.

I purchased my car used. It was a trade-in to a Toyota dealer in San Antonio, Texas. It started off as a rental in Florida and I am the 3rd individual to own it. It has been an overall good car. But, the AC control knob that controls the fan speed has gotten stuck om low. I can still control the temp, but on cold mornings, it takes forever to defrost the windows, and om hot days, forever to cool the car. Also, there are times the screen that shows the back-up camera doesn't work. There are big-time blind spots with this car, so the camera is necessary. When the screen goes out, so does the radio. I am unable to turn it on, no volume, or changing stations. It's as if there is no radio at all. I thought at first I may need a new control knob, but now I am thinking there may be a wiring problem... such as a disconnect exfed or burned wire. I don't think it's a fuse. If so, it wouldn't work at all. Any suggestions?

I love vehicle, must have a small car in the family, you won’t go wrong with mini, plus it’s a great little car. Got mini on a great value for it mile and no damage or accident report.

We went out of our way to Ferrari of Fort Lauderdale for the service and professionalism they provide. Cesar Valdez was able to assist us with arranging our car repair, and then went above and beyond to help us get the car back in time before we had to travel. He provided frequent updates and answered all of our questions at any time. Though this dealership is out of our way, we won’t take our car to another, and Cesar Valdez is a big reason we won’t go anywhere else.

Perhaps the only car I have ever owned that has checked all the boxes so thoroughly. Fabulous performance, exquisitely luxurious, comfortable, and with everyday practicality. An exotic station wagon. This may be the car I buy and and leave for the kids to inherit!

Got this car in 2017 with 80k miles. In the spring summer and fall the car got about 35-39 mpg. In the winter it went to a low of 32 mpg. Saved tons on gas only filling up the roughly 8 gal tank once a month. The ride is fun just straight fun! The handling feels fantastic in total control at all times! It both rides like and feels like a go kart right turns and fast acceleration. Don’t be fooled by the small engine the car can easily reach 60 mph and above and maintain it. Would highly revoke this car for anyone looking for something 10k or under that is looking for a car that while being not too expensive looks unique and high end. Plenty of trunk space almost a deceiving amount with adjustable “back seat”. There is a “back seat” but without seatbelts it is not legal to have passengers l. With surround sound the speakers have quality sound that goes all around the car and sound nice. Personally put the car through tough circumstances driving it through dirt rounds in the winter up a mountain and it handled beautifully despite not being made for that at all. Performs best on back roads where speed limit is 30-50 mph. Objectively I would say that the only downsides are there are only two seats but being small can have pros too and the cold weather and the car being particularly electric the battery depletes semi often. Also on some models or maybe all (idk I only had one model) the lights are not automatic and and there will be a beep sometimes if you leave them on when the keys are out but there have been times when it did not and I left the lights on. But all in all the car is quick, fast, stable, and more reliable and sturdy then it seems. Again the handling feels amazing and works wonders in corners. HIGHLY RECOMMEND bang for your buck.
