I bought this car brand new in 2012. Paid 17k. Worth every penny. It has 63k miles onit right now. Have never done anything other than change the oil and filter. It runs like it is expected. Slow and easy. You won't win no races with it. But it gets my wife to work with no issues. { 5 miles} Rain or snow. We have taken it on several road trips. Including a couple 1000 plus mile trips. Running wide open the whole way. It has no problem. I am a big guy. Very un comfy in most cars. But this I fall right into it and am able to climb back out with ease. The interior is cloth. Its starting to fade. But still no tears or wear marks. Theres nothing fancy about this car. But my wife loves it.

We recently purchased a vehicle from Gaughan. Corey was our salesman. He was very friendly an knowledgeable about various vehicles and questions, which we had asked. Corey did not try to push a sale on us. I appreciated that! When it came time to talk Financials, PJ was super friendly! PJ was also very informative but not pushy when it came to different options, regarding financing the vehicle. Overall, everyone with whom we came in contact with was super friendly! Thoroughly reliable diesel automobile. Steady fwy driving will get you 45 mpg. Nice not to have to change spark plugs. Likely not a great choice in subzero weather.

I said right away that I was afraid of buying a used car. They calmly showed reports, explained what to look at and what matters. And now I’m driving my Cherokee. No pressure, just information.

Was looking for a basic hatchback with good gas mileage that wasn't stupid expensive. Commute to work and so far combined I get 42mpg. Rides as good as any car I have owned (with one exception). Performance wise have no idea how old the reviewers are or even if they actually drove the car as it has no problem on the highway or in town driving, rarely do I exceed 4,000rpm to keep up with or ahead of traffic. It's like people don't remember how cars were in the past before the horsepower race to cram 250-350hp engines into everything. In town it's 0-30 that matters but even the 0-60 of 10.4 sec is equal to or better than most small cars from the 70's-90's. Only car I owned that was faster was my '73 Jaguar XJ12. Almost identical 0-60 were my CRX, Opel GT, 200sx. My Triumph Spitfire was way slower. But they were all fun cars to drive.

I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.

My overall review is 4 star due to previous sales issues where we couldn't make a deal and ended up purchasing elsewhere. This review relates primarily to the service department and my January 7, 2026 visit to have recall work on my 2019 Sorento. I'm very happy with my service department visit. I find the group capable and professional. I was very impressed with the contact I had with Frances Von Poppe. She kept me informed and caught that my vehicle was due for inspection. She was especially professional yet very helpful and friendly in every way. I believe she is a true asset to Mathew's and someone I would look forward to seeing for any of my service visits.

Guy's experience and knowledge helped my daughter find and lease a great CR-V. Guy went above and beyond especially during the time constraints of the holiday and respecting our need to get back to work. He found and led her to exactly what she needed and wanted. She walked in the dealership only to "look". She walked out with the perfect car and the biggest smile and she couldn't stop thanking me. My car has decent gas mileage— about 40 mpg with a bit less when driving predominantly in town. It fits my petite frame very well but my husband, who is larger, says he is comfortable driving it as well and actually owns his own fit. The car has good visibility and is responsive on the road. It takes curves well, and the acceleration is more than sufficient for entering the freeway and it responds well when a quick maneuver is needed. I love this car more than any other car I have had.
