Left the Bay Area to find a good deal in Roseville and found a great one on a 2016 Honda Civic! From 12-5, I spent so much time talking to these sincerely nice guys, Murray, Ronnie, Miguel, the guy at the mid-range and affordable lot, and the finance guy. You can just tell there’s a business here that is run well where everyone respects each other and then treats the customer with kindness and respect. I test drove 4 cars in the roasting heat but finally bought one that I love. And didn’t break the bank. Thank you for the wonderful service today guys!!!!

Made appointment online but service advisor I requested online was not available the day I arrived. So when I arrived for my scheduled appointment time, I waited until another advisor (JR) cleared his appointments and he did a great job. I probably won?t use online appointments again - humans are much better.

2013 Hyundai Elantra GT review
Bought this new, never had any major issues mechanically. I take care to give it regular oil changes with synthetic. The nav has gotten laggy so I don't bother with it anymore and stick with my phone. I've also noticed the TPMS sensors seem more sensitive lately, so it annoyingly warns me about low tire pressure, even when it's not that bad yet. This blocks the screen telling me avg. mpg, so I have to fill it up I can't just ignore it for awhile. Other than that I still love driving it, it's quick enough for me and fun to drive around town. I was expecting to change cars much early especially with the warranty now over, but I'm going to stick with it for a few more years.

Folsom Lake Nissan review
On Sunday, August 2, 2026 my granddaughter and I had an amazing experience at Folsom Lake Nissan. I purchased a 2026 Nissan Sentra SR for my granddaughter who will soon be leaving to attend college at a university in the state of Louisiana. Go Jags! A brief note on how the purchase became a deal. My granddaughter made a phone call to Folsom Lake Nissan in order to verify if a specific vehicle was in stock, Sebastian Galaviz answered the call and informed her that it was in stock and if she liked to come by for a test drive he would have it waiting for her to see and drive. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Sebastian with a big beautiful smile and firm handshake and a direct walk to the vehicle as promised. Sebastian is an outstanding salesperson—professional, he is kind, and very friendly. He worked as a team player with two other outstanding gentlemen Mike and Nathan. They all carefully listened to our desires and truly worked hard to remain focused on helping us get the deal we wanted with absolutely no pressure. The three gentlemen friendliness, professionalism, and honesty created a family-oriented atmosphere, and with that experience, it made the whole buying process smooth and enjoyable. If someone were to ask me for a recommendation to purchase a vehicle hassle-free, I would highly recommend Folsom Lake Nissan and the three gentlemen that assisted in my purchasing experience.

2014 FIAT 500L review
Since 2014 I have purchased FOUR Fiat 500L's. The first was an Easy Model. With manual transmission. As a base model I was suprised at how much fun it was to drive. I traded it in 14 months later for a 2015. This was a lounge. In 2017 I bought another for myself and my wife has the 2015. I bought another 500L Trekking. I then traded the 2017 in. With two 500L's in the driveway I have a manual for my wife and automatic for me. These cars are functional and fun to drive. The easy model lacked navigation and Sirus and auto temp. Often joke they are so ugly but cute. If Fiat still made the 500L I'd buy another. I do not like the 500X as the rear area was reduced in size. It's not often I can't load a oddball size item in them. Each car has been dependable and easy to maintain. At 71 years old I'm not easy to please. I hope this helps. When I bought the first consumer reports did not rate the car very kind. I then sent a strongly worded letter to them. I lost respect for them.

2014 MINI Hardtop review
Bought it new. Hard to tell that it's almost 8yrs old. Third Mini, first automatic. Very nimble and good acceleration. Love the heads up display and love love the power folding mirrors and side driver visor. Seats are very comfortable and have an extension for longer legs available. Haven't been able to figure out how to delete older phones from the bluetooth or unwanted addresses from the nav system tho. Biggest drawback for me is that the nearest dealer is 1.5 hrs away. But they do offer a valet service to pick up the car if scheduled in advance. It's not the most inexpensive to repair but what vehicle is nowadays.

2015 Nissan Leaf review
Ok so don't let the miles or lack of engin noise scare you and you'll be fine! Electric vehicles are different from a 2015 chevy spark that cost $300 per tire, $70 oil change and $15 gas in week to $3-5 to fill up if want to pay at walmart. Charges from normal 110v socket over night. Its a trade higher insurance avg 23% and plate cost vs oil and gas costs. It should balance out plus way more fun to drive knowing gas is not a factor and your wall plug is always in trunk!

We had an incredible experience with Trusted Auto Group in Roseville! After searching high and low for the right Tesla Model S 75D, we finally found the one—and these guys made the entire process smooth, transparent, and actually enjoyable. The car was exactly as described: clean, well-maintained, and fully loaded with all the features we were hoping for, including free lifetime Supercharging! The team was patient, honest, and never pushy, which is rare these days. They answered every question and made sure we felt confident from start to finish. What really stood out was their knowledge and selection of Teslas. It’s clear they specialize in EVs and know what they’re doing. The whole experience felt trustworthy and hassle-free. If you’re in the market for a Tesla, Trusted Auto Group is the place to go. We’re in love with our Model S and would absolutely buy from them again. Thank you for making this such a great experience! 2010 Toyota Prius review
No car issues compared to previous cars I’ve had. Traveled from NJ to NYC for at least 9 months using this car. Only issue was getting new tires of how much I was traveling. 155k odo running like it’s brand new. $20 a week on gas. Traveling at least 24 miles 5x a week. Reliable, gas saver and comfortable car.

Hayes Auto SalesReviews
Hayes Auto Sales review
I wanted to give a shout out to Ruben staff member at Hayes auto dealership felt like his customer service was impeccable. He even dropped off the vehicle to accommodate my crazy work schedule. He went out of his way from when we first interacted over the phone. He kept me up-to-date and sent me Pictures and videos of The vehicles on the lot. He then walked me through the paperwork and even followed up with me afterwards to make sure that I was Satisfied with my choice. Thank you for your quickness and efficiency.

Carizona review
I had been to a few dealerships before coming here and honestly wasn’t expecting much. Khaled made the whole experience feel different right away—no pressure, just real conversation and helpful guidance. He took the time to understand what I needed and didn’t try to push me into anything. Ended up leaving with a car I feel confident about. Appreciate the professionalism and how smooth everything was. Would definitely recommend working with him.
2014 Hyundai Veloster review
I own a 2014 Hyundai Veloster R-Spec. This car worked great for me in college, I maintained the car regularly and never had any engine issues. The car carried everything I needed for groceries and provided a great amount of space in the hatchback for such a small car. The car is fun and has great acceleration. I own the manual version of this car and I have never had any issues with the gears slipping or thumping. The best part of this car is the unique 3 door design that started a lot of cool conversations in college with my friends. It's the best of both worlds allowing people to get in the back without folding the seat down and not compromising in weight or style of this zippy little sports coupe.

Kian MotorsReviews
Kian Motors review
scoured the internet for 2 years to locate the car that I wanted. Kian motors had the car in their inventory. I took a chance and called Layne Elrod at Kian Motors. Right from the onset he treated me as a close friend and not as a salesman. He made sure every question I had was answered to my satisfaction. He was not pushy but wanted to make sure that I got the right car for the right price. The process of buying my car, having it shipped from Texas to Florida, and finalizing the paperwork and payment was very smooth. all because of Layne Elrod. I have seven daughters and when it comes time for their purchase, they will be calling Layne Elrod at Kian Motors first. All the way a pleasurable and stress free experience.
