My wife and I have had wonderful experience buying the new RAV4 XLE 2022 from Westboro Toyota. Ricky was the first salesperson with whom we discussed the need for a new car. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful and explained everything that we need to know about the new car buying process very patiently. We had to wait for more than 2 months to get the car with the color of our choice. Whenever I called him or texted him, we have received responses which encouraged us to wait patiently. 3 days ago, we have received a call from BB, a genuinely nice, knowledgeable, and respectful salesperson or manager who explained to us the availability of the Car with the color of our choice. We have had friendly conversation with BB and the Finance Manager, and we got the car in 2 days after completing all works related to Car buying. It has been a wonderful experience. Also, we would like to let you know that we have been getting excellent service from the Service team for other Toyota vehicles for 11 years. MetroWest provides excellent services. My 2015 Forester wouldn’t start and needs to be towed to dealership. They were very thorough check out the car. The only issue was battery needed to be recharged. They bought the car back after the repairs has complete.

About 2 weeks ago I went into Bertera Nissan in Auburn Ma. to lease a car. I ended up leasing a 2019 Nissan Altima. First off, I Love the car! It is a really sharp automobile, with a classy slick new design, a lot of technology, a great safety record, and a smooth ride! My experience was excellent. The salesman David Anglin, was polite, professional and very accommodating. Vinny the financial representative, was personable and efficient. Also, the sales manager (sorry, I can't recall the name), was both personable and accommodating as well. Although it took a bit of time to work out lease deal specific to my circumstances, they eventually they worked out a good lease deal for me! Long Subaru people are professional and helpful in every way. They are prompt with my scheduled appointments and flexible with car related issues when needed, resolving the problem with their Subaru expertise. The dealership is clean and organized making each visit pleasant for their customers. I own two Subarus and my teenage granddaughter just purchased a new Subaru with an emphasis on its safety features.

I was working with a few different dealerships and none of the salespeople had the knowledge of Thomas at tulley they where very upfront and honest didn’t play and dealership games and got to my number no fighting back and forth
