Loved my Outback from the beginning. However I was sure the salesman that sold me the Outback said I had a lifetime of oil changes etc. So when I brought it in the first time for a change, I was surprised to be charged and I did question that salesman. I am still sure that was part of the deal. Next thing was my transmission was leaking and I talked to an excellent CS lady last year. I got a rental and my SUV was fixed and I continue to love the Outback. Last Sunday, I noticed a leak on my garage floor same as before, so I immediately called on Monday to get my SUV back in to you. The last repair was done 3/2/22 so I assumed it would be covered under your warranty. I asked your CS rep, Dia to make sure it was before I drove all the way into Salt Lake. When she acted a little hesitant about the dates, I assumed. I asked her to verify her info with her supervisor, which she put me on hold and did. When I arrived at your dealership for the work, I was informed that it also had a 12,000 mile or 1 year. I was not told that. Your customer service was excellent. It appears it was not my transmission, but an O ring covered by warranty. They checked out my transmission, fixed the O ring, aligned and washed my Out back. I was very pleased and would now recommend you to anyone and would buy another SUV from you It does appear, that you listen to your customers. And I have learned to double check when someone tells me something is covered. I am impressed that your staff believed me. You have turned a not so satisfied customer into a valued one. Thank you. Great car. Great Price. No complaints. Just the right size for me, mainly for visibility. I've upgraded to more bells and whistles than I had before. Love the backup screen for parking. Love the miles per gallon at 32. The car has great pickup - just what you need when you need it.

I love my car. 5 speed with 20k miles. Ive put on another 100k. I have taken this little AWD car places most people dont drive their 4x4’s. But I am meticulous about maintenance. I’ve never had a single issue with anything other than a thermostat replacement and A/C recharge. With the manual I don’t have to worry about a crap cvt. The first clutch lasted 118,000 miles. The only issue was the trust bearing, the clutch was still good. You cant beat a manual AWD that gets 30+ mpg IMO. Take care of the car and it will take care of you.

We had Subarus' before. A 2015 impresario, and a 2021 legacy, we traded the impreza for. We drove the legacy for about a year, and was never really happy with all the bells, and whistles, even though it would be great for someone who likes all those features. I have owned a lot of cars, and this 2023 Impreza is my favorite. It still has some hi tech stuff. But is basic enough for me to use everything on it. I would highly recommend this car without hesitation

Had this car the moment it was released in 2018 because I really liked the European “N” version. Had no issues except for a couple of sensors and a rubber engine mount going bad. Recently had the spark plugs changed to keep up the performance. No issues even after being modified either. Great car and probably going to be my “Forever car”.

The staff is very friendly and the vehicles are priced fairly below other dealers. No dealer fees was a nice touch too. They also don't work on commission so there isn't pressure to purchase.

Purchased in 2017. I love my 2015 Ford Cmaxx, sad Ford does not still make them. I avg 40/43 mpg. It is comfortable for me to drive and to get in and out of. Love the hatch that allows me to loads many things for road trips. Fun to drive and it hugs the road. There is a learning curve on breaking that charges the battery, however it didn't take long. One of my favorite cars that i have owned. I will not trade it. So far no problems. I do have regular checkups and maintenance at Ford dealership where I live.

Sales: Jordan (salesman) helped me pick out and purchase my beautiful Eclipse Cross. He was not pushy in any way and really listened to my wants and needs. He made it a fairly quick and enoyable process for purchasing my first new car! I wish all salesmen were like him. He still greets me by name when I stop by, makes me feel like I'm more than just a sale! Service: I live 45 minutes away from the dealership and work past closing every day (I wish the service department were open for even just a few hours on Saturday). I got off work a little early and decided to drive up and see if they could fit me in. When I arrived, there was less than an hour left until they closed. Jordan (I think he's the service manager?) went back to ask the techs if they could fit me in. He then brought my car in and went over the work to be performed. They changed my oil, rotated my tires and even washed my dirty car! They didn't have to do that, but I am so grateful they did. Both Jordans, sales and service departments are amazing! Holy crap I did not expect this kind of quality from a compliance car made by Chevy. It?s a tiny car that feels roomy inside due to genius design. So many upgrades like Bluetooth and leather seats that really I didn?t even pay for. The battery technology is what drew me to the car but I am so blown away by what I actually took home. There aren?t many of these out there but if you?re looking at one just go ahead and pull the trigger. They?re worth it.

The advisors are always courteous and diligent. I trust them with the technical details of my vehicle and they follow through every service item to completion. They provide excellent customer service with complete transparency throughout the process in order to achieve complete customer satisfaction. Their focus was on the customer's best interests and they were very helpful in the most difficult of circumstances. My car has to be taken for service a long way from my work, but they are always prompt in scheduling my appointment and getting me on the road. I have the 5 speed manual and am extremely happy with it. Super reliable never a single problem with it. If I had to nit-pick I'd say road noise maybe not the greatest above 65 mph. Great gas mileage. Seems to be built like a tank. Highly recommended....

I purchased a used 2022 Polestar 2 about 10 months ago. I have a PHEV Honda Clarity and I wanted to go all EV. The Polestar 2 has been a great car to own; it is very low maintenance, comfortable for tall drivers and passengers under 6 ft in height; the over the air updates are good, and we should be getting a NACS adapter in August 2024. I recommend the Polestar 2.

This is a terrific car for someone who wants a reliable, economical car that's great in snow and ice, and gets excellent gas milage. To help maximize your mpg just watch the dashboard meter that tells you when you're getting the best mpg possible. If you're not (like the reviewer who said he got only 18 mpg) then you're driving too fast and you can't blame the car for that! I love my Subaru!

Bought the car 3-4 weeks ago after 16 years with Nissans, and this is heads and tails above the Nissan, and i loved my Sentra's But the body lines are better on the Impreza, i like the Hatchback over the sedan, i have the base model and frankly i prefer the 2 screens over the 1 huge one, i do wish they had the android play wireless in the base but i still have it, just have to plug in, People say the 2.0 boxer is slow, they never owned a 1.8 sentra lol, this car feels smoother, it is a tad noisier on the highway but a better ride over all, as to dependability full discloser i was once a Subaru mechanic at a dealership, but always assumed i couldn't afford a subaru and i was wrong, but they are as if not more dependable than a Toyota and a lot less money.

I rented the polestar 2 for about a month while my car was getting fix wow mind blowing of all the furures and also visted the dealer as well and did some test driving and learning of thr car and pricing of the 2023 I will purchase one very soon. Only flaw is the electricity of the amount of money spent yes I did ran it hard a few times its a classic in a class by itself love it honestly.💯

I had my Tesla S for about four months now. Its a great car. Have a Nemi 14-50 outlet in the garage for 40 amps. It charges faster than what the appl. says. Autopilot is about 80% self driving and is great in traffic. I don't think the extra $200 for FSD is worth it. It quiet and powerful. I go 150 to 175 miles between charges on a longer trip. Plenty of charge stations around

We worked almost exclusively with a very friendly Claudia Hasslock who helped narrow down our decision. She didn't push or make unannounced calls/emails unlike EVERY other dealership we went to. The moment you enter the facility you notice a calmness instead of the chaotic nature of dealerships that try to get you to purchase a vehicle by any means possible. The reason being their model of volume sales vs. commission sales. They don't need to be aggressive while still offering some of the best deals we've encountered. Highly recommended alternative than dealing with more commonplace dealerships!
