AutoNation Honda Costa Mesa review
Eduardo was kind enough to drive to the I.E. in rush hour traffic to ensure my spouse was able to sign her paperwork from home due to scheduling conflicts. He was personable and a pleasure to do business with. We now have 2 Honda's seated in our driveway and couldn't be happier with the overall process.

This car turns heads! I get looks constantly due to the sleek look and the sound of the turbo. Not to mention it comes with a snazzy media player that is easy to use. I will definitely be buying Mini brand again!

DCH Toyota of Torrance review
Chrissy S. Was amazing, she followed through from start to finish. I can’t thank her enough for helping find and deliver my RAV4! Thank you for making the process easy and painless!
2018 Chevrolet Volt review
This car is the best of both worlds: drive gas free on a decent commute (I still get 60 miles battery under ideal conditions, even at over 70,000 miles), or the convenience of filling up at the gas tank to continue the journey on a long vacation drive without sacrificing performance. The routine maintenance schedule is far shorter and cheaper than my other vehicles, and I've only needed a radio connection checked out as well as a PCBM replacement (covered under warranty, fortunately) after all this time. Bought at 20k miles with no service performed outside of routine when purchased. Fantastic value, especially whem gas prices rise.

A blast to drive! Brakes are very responsive, quick at lane changes. The car feels on rails at high speed on tight curves. Very happy with the performance of the car. Very decent gas mileage on long trips. I recently did a 680 mile trip and my average was 29.8 mph

Nissan of Downtown L.A.Reviews
Nissan of Downtown L.A. review
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars – Amazing Experience with Miriam Diazvicente! I cannot say enough great things about our experience at Nissan of Downtown, all thanks to Miriam Diazvicente! She helped both my husband and me get our new cars, and both experiences were absolutely amazing! When my husband went in to trade in his car, Miriam went above and beyond to make sure we found the best option for our family. She took the time to explain all the available financing and leasing options, making sure we understood everything before making a decision. She even walked us around to look at multiple vehicles until my husband found the one he really wanted. She was patient, attentive, and genuinely listened to our needs and wants. Before we knew it, we were driving off in his new car! That experience alone made me know exactly who I wanted to go to when it was time for me to get my own car. And sure enough, we went right back to Miriam! The original car I had my heart set on didn't end up working out, but Miriam didn't give up on finding me something I would love. She took the initiative to go out and search for another vehicle that would fit what I was looking for, and she found it! I absolutely LOVE my new car, and I'm so happy with how everything turned out. What really sets Miriam apart is that she doesn't make you feel like you're just another sale. She genuinely cares about making sure you're happy, comfortable, and confident in your decision. Her patience, dedication, and outstanding customer service made both of our car-buying experiences stress-free and enjoyable. If you're looking to purchase or lease a vehicle, do yourself a favor and ASK FOR MIRIAM DIAZVICENTE! You will not regret it! We are officially a Nissan family because of her! ❤️🚗 Thank you so much, Miriam, for taking such great care of both of us and helping us find cars we love. You're truly the BEST, and we appreciate you more than you know! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Airport Marina Honda review
It was a friendly comfortable relaxing and interesting experience. The sales representative was very efficient, patient, encouraging, advisable, informative and entertaining. She made us feel relaxed and at home. And she always had a generous smile on her face to make us feel comfortable and assuring. Thanks to her we decided to make the purchase.
2026 Honda Civic review
I commute 30 miles a day, but it doesn't feel like it in my '26 Civic Sport hybrid sedan. I drive twisty roads, inclines and the freeway, and the car handles 'em all like a champ. It has the comfort, smooth ride and acceleration of my previous 2018 Accord Sport with way better gas mileage (45-50 mpg). I also like the dash/instrument layout and easy-to-use infotainment system. So if you're like me, a cheapskate who also enjoys spirited, comfortable driving, the Civic may be the right car for you! (I personally prefer the sedan over the hatchback, but that's just me.)

Ask for Eric! Great experience finding the right Honda for my family! Competitive prices and easy financing make this dealership shine. Highly recommend. Be sure to ask for Eric!
2026 Honda Civic review
Positive Points Exceptional Fuel Efficiency: The hybrid powertrain delivers outstanding gas mileage, registering highly competitive figures for city and highway driving without the need to plug in.Engaging Handling: The car offers a dynamic and fun-to-drive experience, featuring sharp steering, a stable suspension, and excellent road grip.Spacious Cabin and Cargo: The interior provides ample room for passengers, and the trunk capacity—especially in the hatchback configuration—ensures high practicality for daily use.Solid Reliability and Safety: It maintains Honda's strong reputation for durability, backed by high crash-test ratings and a comprehensive suite of standard active safety systems.Intuitive Technology: The dashboard features a responsive, easy-to-use infotainment system paired with high-quality, tactile physical buttons for essential climate and audio controls.Negative Points Intrusive Cabin Noise: Wind and road noise are noticeably loud inside the cabin, particularly at highway speeds or when equipped with factory sports tires.Premium Pricing: The initial cost is noticeably higher than many of its direct competitors in the compact sedan and hatchback segment.Underpowered Base Powertrain: The standard non-hybrid engine feels slow, and the continuously variable transmission (CVT) can deliver a dull, uninspiring acceleration experience.Missing Basic Amenities: It lacks a physical spare tire—providing only a fix-a-flat repair kit—and lower trim levels are missing standard features expected at this price point.Stiff Seating on Long Drives: The front seats are firm and lack proper lumbar support, which can lead to physical discomfort during extended trips.

Overall, a relatively painless process - the price was fair, the trade-in was slightly low but fair. The salesman - Christian - and the closer - Omar - were competent and personable. Drawbacks - the ear-splitting volume and choice of the "background" music was distracting and off-putting; the persistent press to extended warranty and various coverages was relentless despite a clear statement of disinterest.

Honda of North Hollywood review
I went in for service on my car and got a new car. Rodolfo approached me and asked about my car since I was on a lease he said we could look at numbers and see if I can upgrade and I did upgrade.
2026 Honda Civic review
I love this car! ‘26 Sedan Sport trim level is excellent as is the lower and higher trims. I traded in my 2014 Civic sedan Lx and got a great lease deal from the dealership. I got it in the new Blue Lagoon color which is an extra cost option(all paint colors should be standard)but it looks great with the black trim. Drives great, great mpg, reliable as a Honda should be. It’s like driving a mini Accord.

Alan the technician was very helpful. He has excellent customer service skills and does his job very well. I come to this location just because of his service. I recommend Honda of North Hollywood.
2026 Honda Civic review
This is my third Civic and I believe it is the best one yet. The 2 Liter engine is smooth and powerful. The cabin noise is low and its handling very sporty. All the new safety features, like lane watch, blind spot warnings and rear back up camera really work well. The air conditioning is stronger too. A pleasure to drive. I recommend the hatch back.

Audi West Covina review
The dealership was fine although it was there many hours even by a used car that we decided on the price in a text before I got there, but my issue is I’ve been trying to get paperwork from the dealership with my purchase price and all the details where all the fees and taxes are and a copy of the seven year extended warranty, which I have no proof that I even bought it so right now I’m kind of discouraged because of that

Nissan of Downtown L.A. review
I've bought cars over the years, and this dealership impressed me with its straightforward approach. Sales representative Ray Vakill honored our pre-arranged pricing and agreements, and made sure my daughter understood the vehicle's safety features. I would definitely contact Ray for future purchases in Los Angeles. Thank you, Nissan Downtown LA and Ray!

BIG SHOUTOUT to Victor! He is amazing to work with. I have purchased my last 3 cars with him and I have zero regrets. He is very friendly, honest, informative, and doesn’t need to use a sales pitch to get you in your dream car. He will definitely make you feel like family and makes the entire car purchasing experience very pleasant and comfortable. If you want a great experience, ask for Victor. I highly recommend shopping for your next Nissan car in Downtown LA. Customer service is unmatched. Thank you Victor!

My vehicle will be paid off soon. It seems problematic situationa are starting. I read about recalls for 2017 ford focus. I've received NO letters from Ford yet. There are several recalls for make. Model and year 2017.
