This was my first time having my car serviced, and it was a great experience! Everyone was courteous and professional. The service advisor did a thorough job explaining the work that was done.
2024 Honda Accord review
Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

The remote interaction with the Dealership was non-existent. I submitted my interest in a vehicle, along with my email, twice. I never heard back, but it was less than 24 hours later when I showed up unannounced at the Dealership and ended up buying the car. The in-person experience was fully10/10ths, excellent in all aspects. Very Pleased and properly handled from discussion to negotiations to finance. WELL DONE!

My Experience: I was very impressed with the no pressure sale and how smooth the transaction went all the way through the finance. My salesman was Braulio Rivera which I have bought 8 cars plus from another dealership. I WILL follow him anywhere he would go because of honestly, loyalty, and the way he listens to what I need and want. I was very impressed with Mr. Acosta and Mr Ric Harvatin in finance for the smooth ending. This dealership is very thorough on going over the car to make sure I understood how all features worked and made sure I was happy. Thank you to your whole staff Bryan Honda Fayetteville
