Social distancing, additional seating outside would be nice. Several of us just wondered the lot while waiting because there are only 2 benches.

My service was great. My service advisor (can't remember his name) was professional, helpful and explained what service my car was going to receive. He also suggested recommendations for my car based on the mileage. I needed a ride home and he provided me a courtesy ride that was ready to depart the dealership and I didn't have to wait long for this ride. Which was very important that morning because I had an appointment at my home. The only thing I didn't like was having to go back to the service advisor to received my military discount. The cashier's cage should be able to make the needed adjustments at the window when your military ID is provided. My other vehicle is not a Honda and that is how that dealership handles military discount. But overall everyone I encountered was respectful, professional, and addressed all my questions and concerns.

Andrew and his team in the collision center did the best work in record time. After my daughter had a fender bender, the team returned the car and half the time quoted and in perfect condition. Andrea was so professional, knowledgeable, and caring. He ensured my 16-year-old that everything was going to be as good as new and almost a fatherly way. As a dad, that meant the world to me... As the one who pays the insurance... I like seeing the car in like new condition.
