AutoNation Honda Covington Pike review
My experience at AutoNation Honda Covington Pike, Tn was an easy process. My salesman, Joshua, and Carl, in finance, went above and beyond to make sure that I was well informed in all aspects of buying my car. I appreciate Carl?s and Joshua?s knowledge of the cars, as well as informing me on the details and distinctions between the types of civics on hand. Their knowledge helped me make the right choice for me. Carl also informed about warranties and extended warranties and I was able to add what I needed from Honda Care.

John Barnes, General Manager, William Nabors, and others, were very helpful in helping me purchase a new Honda Civic at a reasonable price!
2026 Honda Civic review
I love this car! ‘26 Sedan Sport trim level is excellent as is the lower and higher trims. I traded in my 2014 Civic sedan Lx and got a great lease deal from the dealership. I got it in the new Blue Lagoon color which is an extra cost option(all paint colors should be standard)but it looks great with the black trim. Drives great, great mpg, reliable as a Honda should be. It’s like driving a mini Accord.

AutoNation Honda 385 review
Another amazing appointment thanks to KB, Lane, and the Service technicians! The appointment was for my car’s second service, and prior to the service, KB and Lane thoroughly explained what services would be performed. During my visit, we discussed the open service bulletins and recalls and subsequently scheduled a follow up appointment to address one of them the following week. I will continue to have my car serviced at AutoNation Honda 385 and will always recommend Lane and his team to anyone I know who owns a Honda.

AutoNation Honda Covington Pike review
I had a great experience at AutoNation Honda purchasing my Chrysler Pacifica. The entire process was quick, easy, and stress-free. The staff was friendly, professional, and made everything simple from start to finish. They answered all of my questions and got me in and out much faster than I expected. If you?re looking for a smooth car-buying experience, I highly recommend AutoNation Honda!
2026 Honda Civic review
Positive Points Exceptional Fuel Efficiency: The hybrid powertrain delivers outstanding gas mileage, registering highly competitive figures for city and highway driving without the need to plug in.Engaging Handling: The car offers a dynamic and fun-to-drive experience, featuring sharp steering, a stable suspension, and excellent road grip.Spacious Cabin and Cargo: The interior provides ample room for passengers, and the trunk capacity—especially in the hatchback configuration—ensures high practicality for daily use.Solid Reliability and Safety: It maintains Honda's strong reputation for durability, backed by high crash-test ratings and a comprehensive suite of standard active safety systems.Intuitive Technology: The dashboard features a responsive, easy-to-use infotainment system paired with high-quality, tactile physical buttons for essential climate and audio controls.Negative Points Intrusive Cabin Noise: Wind and road noise are noticeably loud inside the cabin, particularly at highway speeds or when equipped with factory sports tires.Premium Pricing: The initial cost is noticeably higher than many of its direct competitors in the compact sedan and hatchback segment.Underpowered Base Powertrain: The standard non-hybrid engine feels slow, and the continuously variable transmission (CVT) can deliver a dull, uninspiring acceleration experience.Missing Basic Amenities: It lacks a physical spare tire—providing only a fix-a-flat repair kit—and lower trim levels are missing standard features expected at this price point.Stiff Seating on Long Drives: The front seats are firm and lack proper lumbar support, which can lead to physical discomfort during extended trips.

Everyone at AutoNation Honda 385 was terrific to work with! They didn't have the car I wanted on the lot, so they found one and had it delivered. They kept me up to date throughout the whole process, and they were really kind, transparent, and honest. Jamil especially went above and beyond. I'm grateful to him and to the entire team for working so hard to get me into the car I wanted!

My salesman was Dewayne Westbrook. He did an awesome job on helping me pick a good car. He was very pleasant and calm. I had a few issues transmitting some documents and he was so patient until it got resolved. The hospitality was on point not only with Mr Westbrook but the whole city auto crew will have you feeling welcomed

2026 Honda Civic review
This is my third Civic and I believe it is the best one yet. The 2 Liter engine is smooth and powerful. The cabin noise is low and its handling very sporty. All the new safety features, like lane watch, blind spot warnings and rear back up camera really work well. The air conditioning is stronger too. A pleasure to drive. I recommend the hatch back.

Southaven Honda review
Just completed purchase of a 2026 Honda Accord at Southaven Honda and I have to say it was the best car buying experience of my life. I told them online what I was looking for and they sent me proposal complete with all charges and amounts and a net purchase price. Very reasonable and when we completed the deal today the actual price was within $10 of the quoted amount. It was actually less! A shoutout to my salesman, Brian. Excellent job. If you are in the market for a Honda product in West TN ot North MS, I would make this my first stop. It will probably be your only one!!

Chino was great! I loved my experience here and all the workers are great! No complaints at all.
2026 Honda Civic review
I commute 30 miles a day, but it doesn't feel like it in my '26 Civic Sport hybrid sedan. I drive twisty roads, inclines and the freeway, and the car handles 'em all like a champ. It has the comfort, smooth ride and acceleration of my previous 2018 Accord Sport with way better gas mileage (45-50 mpg). I also like the dash/instrument layout and easy-to-use infotainment system. So if you're like me, a cheapskate who also enjoys spirited, comfortable driving, the Civic may be the right car for you! (I personally prefer the sedan over the hatchback, but that's just me.)
