Just had repairs on my CRV. I can't say enough about the detail follow up and attention from Maranda Boyd. It is refreshing to know that there such professional employees still attending to customer needs.

I had a great experience working with Gavin and Alexis at Honda of Short Pump. Alexis has listened closely and answered all my questions, at all times, day or night. She really went above and beyond by bringing my new CRV and all paperwork to me, while I was traveling. Her customer service and professionalism is top notch, she made the process easy, and she helped ensure my knowledge of the new car features. I would highly recommend Alexis to anyone looking to lease or purchase a vehicle!

I purchased a used Honda Odyssey in July of this year with happy results. We drove from Pennsylvania after many texts, emails, and conversations before we committed to the purchase. The condition was close to what was described - but not perfect and the documentation fee was hefty but still turned out to be a worthwhile purchase.

I have never had a brand new car! I walked into Honda at Shortpump set on buying a used car and walked out with a brand stinking new HR-V! I cannot say enough how attentive, honest, knowledgeable, authentic, and frankly AWESOME VINCE, my salesman, was with me!!!🤓 We joked and laughed and shared family photos! I left Sunday night completely HAPPY! My husband asked why didn't look at the Hybrid??? 😳 So, I returned the next day to exchange the HR-V 4 the CR-V!🫣 Again, Vince was AWESOME! Quick shout out to Mo who made the new deal for the CR-V fit our pocket and Mike for the small perks and fitting soccer conversation!!💥 OVERALL, Vince is a professional but warm and approachable salesperson that will listen and not pressure you!! Yeahhhhhh to me for buying my 1st brand new car, AND A HONDA at that! I LOVE MY CR-V HYBRIDE!!!❤️🌟💥

The staff at Ourisman Honda of Tyson’s provided a great deal on a quality car that was already competitive in its price. Abel and other staff were very helpful and friendly and didn’t give any pressure as I decided and negotiated. Sales managers Shawn and Nico helped me by bringing the price to an even more attractive deal and seemed pleased I was able to save even more than the original sticker price. Good experience all around.

Purchased a new 2026 Honda Accord SE. First-time customer of Ourisman-Tysons. The dealership exceeds others in transparency. No pressure, no upsells, no hidden fees. Rafi, a sales associate, was great: again, no pressure, finds answers to questions, earnest.

Not really sure I understand but the GMC maintenance that I bought through a different dealership wasn?t as straight forward with other dealerships but she still made it a very easy experience. She explained how the maintenance contract works so moving forward it will be easier. While I did end up paying for service I am still very satisfied with the service that I received and I felt like I was well taken care. I will continue to use this dealership due to the level of of care I received. Great service!

The planning ahead and the attention to detail in the early stages of this purchase made the final paperwork and completing the purchase easy and quick. I drove from Greensboro NC, 4.5 hours away to purchase the truck. The truck and all the details were ready, I was promptly taken care of and out the door in about an hour. Had to be the easiest and fastest vehicle purchases I have ever done. Completely satisfied, and happy I chose to do business at Joyce Koons GMC. Hats off to all the team that helped make this happen.

The truck that I was looking at, the AC didn’t work, after I looked at the vehicle I found that the two exhaust one was clean and the other was completely smoked over, I know that the flapper valve can cause that, and the other can be injectors, could not determine which.
