He gets me in, after service, he takes my car to be washed or Christian, my car wash guy, comes it get it since he knows my car. I was shocked at the availability of appointments for the next day and beyond when I was making the appointment. Most places are at least several days out and in some cases a week or two. I was able to speak to someone right away when I arrived (Devan) who was very helpful and courteous. The time in shop was very reasonable, I was not able to get the work I needed done at the time (transmission fluid change) but needed some other unanticipated work done (thermostat replacement) which was turned around in probably no more than an hour. They also helped with a rental car and drove me there to get it as well. I also appreciated being able to communicate through text message with Devan, my advisor, which is very convenient for me. I do most of my own work on my truck so it is very important for me to have resource like this as well especially being the dealer of the make of my vehicle.

2016 civic transmission failure! Thought it may be covered by warranty, but no! Loss of this cost too much and disappointment to say the least!!!

Came in there on Thursday September 24th at 2:30 pm with my old clunker to get appraised and to purchase a used car. Was expecting to be a very long process, but was out by 5;30 with a smile. My car dealer was Greg, who was overly friendly and was patient with my decisions. He did a really good job showing me what I was looking for, price wise, and what was best for my liking. I wound up getting a solid deal on a 2012 Chevy Cruze. Carmax is very customer friendly, and very efficient with a nice variety of vehicles. Glad I went here to get my car.

First time owning a Honda and it has been a pleasure. Handles wonderfully, great on gas. I had a choice between this and a new Accord but I have way more features on my Civic and it’s big enough for me (I rarely have passengers).

Perfect little car. Just changed the oil every 5,000 miles, did the rear struts, and put on two new sets of tires in the five years I owned it. My son did jam the key in the frozen door lock, and we had to replace that. 166,000 miles and my mechanic says it's absolutely fine.

This car is perfect for me it’s a six speed manual and the turbo is fun and responsive. My only qualm is that the door handles inside are fabric, does not make well for long term wear. It cleans well but I’m worried as it gets older it won’t look as nice.

Seven years old. Got it with 26 miles, now I have over 80,000. No issues, no major repairs, just routine maintenance - oil change, filters, tires and battery. Had my breaks checked and I still have 70% life left. The style or horsepower isn’t the greatest, but cheap and not having to spend money is nice! I wouldn’t trade this car in period. I hope to get over 150,000 on my original brakes..

Interior and exterior well designed, great look and controls are easy. Not plastic junk. I wish it had more horses but if yer looking for good city car this is it. Great turn radius and gas milage.

It came time to finally get rid of the experiment - Hyundai. It had served me well for several years, then it started to have every problem imaginable. I went back to Honda and bought my first Civic. The EX model has everything I need, including much better performance than any Hyundai. Dealers are stingy with the deals on Honda, but I found one at Carmax that looked like it was priced about $1000 less than the Honda dealerships in town.

The service was prompt, professional and diligent. The process was fully explained with details of what would be my cost.

I went in to the dealership and spotted this Honda civic it is literally such a reliable car to have. wish I could have got it sooner someone else had beat me to it. eventually I got a different year of a Honda civic but I still recommend any Honda civic it even saves me gas.

This is a great car for commuting. Excellent gas mileage of 39+MPG on the highway (without traffic). You can't go wrong with the reliability and affordability of a Honda. Getting a safe car under $30K is becoming increasing difficult in 2023. I only wish it came in AWD! Are listening engineers. not everyone wants to drive a CR-V.

I love this car. Easy to drive and looks fantastic. The back seats are kind of cramped, but I love having a hatchback. I love the features. I don’t like the automatic braking that much because it turns on randomly and slows down in the middle of driving. My battery died once in the cold and I had to get a new one. Honda dealership service sucks a lot. The paint on the car is cheap and chips off randomly.

Although I did not purchase a vehicle at this time, I would definitely return here. The only reason I didn't purchase the Mustang was related to business travel (not enough time to buy and drive car before leaving Florida for 3 months). Badr and Sammy in sales and Phil (manager) were very kind, respectful and helpful. Price of vehicle was below KBBB and still under warranty. Their pricing was fair. No nonsense, no haggling, no pressure. A very pleasant car dealership experience!

Had a little issue with them spelling oil on the top cover. The tech didn't wipe the excess oil off. Told Miss Bayle Voll and she had some takecare of it right away. She was amazing.
