As a busy working Mom, Derek made this process perfect and within my schedule. He answered all my questions in a timely manner (even the silly questions). He made everything happen on my schedule and the signing and pick up of the vehicle only took 20 minutes! Great guy to work with! He even put my car seat in perfectly! Derek was fantastic! I purchased a 2018 Honda Accord Sport with a 6-speed manual transmission through Aaron Craige. I live in Asheville, but I drove to Dick Brooks Honda in Greer because they regularly have manual transmissions on the lot. If you do your homework on the car you want and they have what you want, do it! The best part was, the car was delivered to me! I felt like a baller when the car showed up in my driveway. Customer service was amazing. Best part, no pressure. Just me and my laptop, looking at all the cars until I found what I wanted. Just do your homework on the vehicle, you can't go wrong!!!!! I took my new (to me) 911 Porsche Turbo S to this dealer for difficult and detailed repairs to the leather dash and a defective transmission mount, both of which were covered by the factory warranty. The work by Neal was perfect and flawless which was necessary because I plan to enter the car in Porsche coucours competitions and other events. Scott did a wonderful job in making sure that the repairs were covered by Porsche as they should have been. He also did a great service in finding me me a rental car while the work was being completed. In addition to the excellent workmanship, these guys got my auto back at the exact time they promised which is unheard of in this day and time. We recently bought a 2011 GMC Yukon, and the vehicle was in great condition, drives great, and looks just like the pictures online. The Salesman, Kim was very helpful to us in acquiring the SUV we wanted at a price we liked!
Vic Bailey's Internet Sales Mgr, John Carter, was very responsive and easy to work with. He got me all the information I needed and helped me work with their Business Mgr to get the deal put together I needed. He made the whole negotiations and purchase quick a simple since we new exactly what we wanted.
I decided to sell my 2016 Land Rover Discovery Sport and found Yvette Jennings from this dealership to be the most helpful and easiest person to work with. She gave me a fair price for my vehicle and the ease of the selling process was amazing. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!
The customer service was excellent. BUT... I have been to other service dealerships where they have much nicer facilities for customers waiting for their car to be serviced. Nicer waiting rooms with complimentary snacks, USA Today, and computers. Please consider upgrading the facilities.
Our new 2018 accord had a major problem with its fuel injectors. The folks at Vic Bailey got us in and out in no time and provided a loaner. Our ride seems to be fine now.
