I use to hate car shopping. Till I experienced the Maguire No Haggle system. They made my wife and I very comfortable from the minute we arrived there. They didn't show any pressure toward us and explained the advantages of buying a vehicle through them. The extra incentives were great. We will tell everyone we know to stop there first if ever looking to buy.
Initially we had a 5 star experience. Julia was exceptional from the first phone call to the last in person conversation. Justin the sales manager was eager to help and bent over backwards to get us the car we needed for our family. Jeff in finance was easy to talk to and made us comfortable and worked with us every step of the way. Sounds like a car buying experience made in heaven and if we had a sales person who wanted to "sell" a car it would've been. But hey, everyone's allowed a bad day. All in all Fox Honda is leaps and bounds above the competition and worth the hour drive we had to make!
First off I would like to say that this is the best sales customer service that I have ever received in my life. The whole Maguire family made this an amazing experience for me from Jeremy Cornue (The salesperson who sold me my car) to Andy from finance. This is the standard that I wish all salespeople and car dealerships will live up to. Thank you to the whole maguire team !
While I service my Nissan at Maguire, this review is specifically in reference to the fine service we received from salesman Dan Foster. Dan spent much time with me and my wife informing us about the model car we were interested in as well as on test drives. Dan is professional and also possesses a sense of humor that takes any tenseness out of the shopping experience. Maguire is a solid dealership and Dan Foster is a great at his job.
The best service department I have ever dealt with in forty years of car ownership. Tammy is the best! I always feel she takes exceptional care of me and my car. I appreciate that she sets me up with the same technician
Bought Honda care.. never do that again. Service department will go to extreme effort to find a reason NOT to pay for repair. Then charge 250 more than it should cost. Felt soiled by the people there. Thought they were honest, but found out very devious. For instance, was told stone caused failure. To be honest, it looked like damage was caused by “other” reasons and AFTER vehicle was left at dealer. I eventually had it repaired somewhere else for less and that service shop could not determine what caused failure. So to be honest, no proof damage caused by stone, but no proof otherwise. But left bad taste and mistrust. No, will not go back, would not recommend. More than likely will never buy Honda again.
Bought a used Honda from Owen, was totally painless! Easy to work with and they went out of their way to have the car ready.
