Burns Honda review
I recently had the pleasure of selling my used car back to the dealership, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Vicki was absolutely fantastic—professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly throughout the entire process. She made everything seamless, ensuring all my questions were answered and handling every detail with efficiency and expertise. Her customer service was outstanding, and she truly went above and beyond to make the transaction smooth and stress-free. If you're looking for someone who is not only great at their job but also genuinely cares about customer satisfaction, Vicki is the person to see! Highly recommend her and the dealership for anyone looking for a hassle-free car-selling experience. Thank you again for your exceptional service!
2024 Honda CR-V review
This is my 3rd CR-V EX-L. It gets more comfortable with each iteration. Performance is outstanding. Fast acceleration. Nice sound for gas-powered vehicle aficionados. The blue color I have is the most beautiful color ever produced by Honda. Fuel efficiency is as advertised. I won’t buy an EV until charging stations are everywhere and charging speed is improved.

John mckeen did the service on my 2019 CRV. I had a problem with my AC and it was blowing hot air after a repair. He went out of his way to make things right when he didn’t have to. I was unaware of access to a warranty. I can’t say enough good things about John and the Honda team. Great job!

The sale people were very knowledgeable , and was a pleasure to do business with. She had the service department clean the car prior to delivery and they did not half clean anything. The windows, interior seats, and carpet was not cleaned as good as previous car dealers had done. Overall Sale personnel are fine, Service personnel are not as good.
