Apostolakis Honda review
First time purchasing a car, and I had an excellent experience with Salesman Scott! He was very helpful in helping me choose a car and was extremely patient. He never rushed me through the process, which I really appreciated! He took his time answering any questions I had and made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. I really appreciate all of his help and would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a car!

We recently purchased a 2026 Honda Passport from Apostolakis Honda in Cortland. Jack Burgess was our Salesman and he was so helpful to us in every aspect of our purchase. He spent alot of time with us, answering all of our questions. We certainly appreciated all of his help with setting up Bluetooth We certainly recommend Jack Burgess to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle.

Apostolakis Honda review
I had such a great experience buying my new car! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, respected, and never pressured. The entire process was smooth, straightforward, and actually enjoyable—which isn’t always something you can say about buying a car! Everyone I worked with was helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in making sure I found the right vehicle for me. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable with my decision. I absolutely love my new car and couldn’t be happier with both the vehicle and the experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. They made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel easy and exciting!

Apostolakis Honda review
I called and spoke with Scott Dahman before arriving at Apostolakis Honda to ask about a particular vehicle that I was interested in. He said he would have it pulled up out front so that I could take a test drive when I arrived. I explained in advance that I was not making a purchase that day, but I most likely would be making a decision to make a purchase soon. Scott was true to his word and had the 2026 Honda Passport out front when I arrived with my brother. After meeting Scott and going over the main features of the vehicle, he asked if I would like to take it for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and easily answered my questions. There was no pressure at any point, and we sat down and worked out a clean deal. I wrote a check for a deposit, and we set a date and time for later that week to complete the sale. When arriving to complete the purchase and financing, everything was in order and after making the transaction, Scott ensured that the vehicle was set up perfectly for me, pairing my iPhone, setting the car seat and mirrors before I left the dealership. He has followed up with an email to let me know that he is still available if I have any questions. I had a good experience and can highly recommend Scott.

My wife and I have had some bad experiences with buying cars in the past but our experience at Jay Honda was incredible. Not only did Tony Spitalieri and Rober Logan exceed our expectations but the rest of the Jay Honda team certainly earned our lifetime loyalty. We won’t shop anywhere else. And refer everyone we can to Jay Honda so that they can have the same great car buying experience we had. Keep up the great work.

Great experience at the dealership. Micheal was professional, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He helped me get into my Jeep Summit and made sure everything was taken care of. Highly recommend asking for Micheal if you’re looking for a vehicle.

Honda of Cleveland Heights review
One day looking for cars on internet I saw one I liked so I called Honda at Cleveland Heights. Frank Shorf answered the phone shortly. He said the vehicle I was interested on was sold, but he would help me find one like that. Next day I was already on the way to get a new car! Himself and the rest of the personal were very nice and informative. I got a better car than the one I liked at first for a great price!
