First time purchasing a car, and I had an excellent experience with Salesman Scott! He was very helpful in helping me choose a car and was extremely patient. He never rushed me through the process, which I really appreciated! He took his time answering any questions I had and made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. I really appreciate all of his help and would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a car!

I had a great experience at Honda of Mentor purchasing a new 2026 Ridgeline. Chuck Cybulski gave me excellent sale support both before AND after purchasing the vehicle. Steve Orosz in finance was also very helpful, allowing me to take extended warranty brochures home to review BEFORE finalizing the deal. Great inventory. Very clean.

I had such a great experience buying my new car! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, respected, and never pressured. The entire process was smooth, straightforward, and actually enjoyable—which isn’t always something you can say about buying a car! Everyone I worked with was helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in making sure I found the right vehicle for me. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable with my decision. I absolutely love my new car and couldn’t be happier with both the vehicle and the experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. They made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel easy and exciting!

Apostolakis HondaReviews
Apostolakis Honda review
I called and spoke with Scott Dahman before arriving at Apostolakis Honda to ask about a particular vehicle that I was interested in. He said he would have it pulled up out front so that I could take a test drive when I arrived. I explained in advance that I was not making a purchase that day, but I most likely would be making a decision to make a purchase soon. Scott was true to his word and had the 2026 Honda Passport out front when I arrived with my brother. After meeting Scott and going over the main features of the vehicle, he asked if I would like to take it for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and easily answered my questions. There was no pressure at any point, and we sat down and worked out a clean deal. I wrote a check for a deposit, and we set a date and time for later that week to complete the sale. When arriving to complete the purchase and financing, everything was in order and after making the transaction, Scott ensured that the vehicle was set up perfectly for me, pairing my iPhone, setting the car seat and mirrors before I left the dealership. He has followed up with an email to let me know that he is still available if I have any questions. I had a good experience and can highly recommend Scott.

Great Lakes HondaReviews
Great Lakes Honda review
Shout out to Sarah Peters and Marvin Maffett for their exceptional customer service helping us purchase our replacement vehicle after our 2020 Passport was totaled in a rear end collision. Great Lakes Honda, under the leadership of Marvin Maffett, was able to locate a specific color/trim new 2026 Passport and Sarah Peters worked with us to navigate the waiting and purchase of the car as it moved through the transportation and delivery to the dealership. Sarah was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and made the purchase stress-free and we never felt pressured through the entire process. She was able to handle our last minute requests for accessories so the car was ready with everything we wanted at a very fair price. We researched nationally and were able to purchase the exact car we wanted at a price that beat dealerships from FL to Ohio. We would highly recommend Sarah Peters as a sales rep to help you purchase your next vehicle at Great Lakes Honda. A special thanks to Marvin Maffett for going above and beyond to ensure Great Lakes Honda could deliver the car of choice to its customer. 10 out of 10 service across the board from every employee we encountered throughout our buying experience!

Pete, was wonderful, he even came in on his day off to help me find a car that was in my price range. He got to know me and what my driving needs are during a typical week. Then he gave me some options that best fit what I needed.

I recently had my car's oil changed at Cochran Honda, and I was very pleased with the experience. The service was efficient; my car was ready in a timely manner and they even provided a video in which the technician explained everything he checked on my car.
