Billion Honda in Iowa City review
Chip Vanderpol is undeniably one of the best salesmen I've encountered. His passion for his work is evident, and his expertise shines through in every interaction. From my very first visit, he ensured that I felt comfortable and reassured. During my experience at Billion Honda, I appreciated that I was not subjected to the relentless follow-up calls typical of other dealers who often disregard customers' work schedules. Chip arranged a test drive and made sure that the delivery of my chosen car was timely. He meticulously went through every detail of the car with me. When my number plates arrived a month later, Chip even assisted in installing them—a task I wish I had the skills to do myself. Regardless of how trivial my questions might seem, he always provided thorough answers and ensured I felt well-supported throughout my customer journey. Thank you, Chip, for all your help and expertise.

Inquired on Vehicle on a sunday night, Had a sales assistant contact me back that same night. Sale's consultant contacted me right away monday morning by 7:15am. He sent me their Ipacket and sent me a video of the vehicle. A few things weren't covered in the video about the body that would have been nice to know, but overall a good experience buying sight unseen.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Community Honda! From start to finish, the entire process was incredibly easy, smooth, and fast. Everyone I worked with was professional, friendly, and genuinely made me feel like they cared about making the experience as enjoyable as possible. Working with Frenchy was amazing. He made everything straightforward, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process feel effortless. Robert was an absolute all-star as well and went above and beyond to make sure everything came together quickly and smoothly. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Community Honda. If you’re looking for a dealership that will treat you right, make the process easy, and respect your time, I highly, highly recommend Community Honda. Frenchy and Robert were fantastic, and I would absolutely work with them again!

It had been 36 years since I had purchased a new vehicle. The process with Marty was so smooth. From the first email to setting up a time to come in to getting my trade evaluated to finance paperwork; it all went smoothly and quickly. I can see why Marty gets so many positive reviews. Blake was great as well. He explained financing details as well as what they had to offer with warranties and protection packages with no pressure to buy. This was an awesome experience all the way around. I will enjoy my 2020 Civic Hatchback!

Richardson MotorsReviews
Richardson Motors review
I just traded my 8 year old pick-up for a 2026 GMC Sierra Denali. This was my 21st new car purchase I've made in my life. My experience at Richardson Motors made this experience the best I've ever had. I stumbled on to this dealership looking for a specifically optioned truck and one very similar to what I was looking for came up in my search. I learned the dealership was in Dubuque, IA and I have a neighbor that is from there. I reached out to him and he put me in touch with a personal connection he has at the dealership. The truck I was looking at was on the website, but already spoken for, as I found out when I contacted my neighbor's connection. However, I was asked if I would give them the opportunity to source one for me and, if so, were there any changes I would want from the truck I was looking at. I said there were 3 small changes I'd like if I could order one exactly as I wanted. Long story short, they located the EXACT truck I wanted with those changes, made it very easy to agree on a purchase price and the value of my trade, had the truck shipped into their dealership in a day's time and the team took excellent care of my wife and I in all aspects of the transaction when we made the 3 hour drive down to Dubuque. When the time comes to make my 22nd new car purchase, you can be sure that Richardson Motors will be my first choice in securing that next ride.

Great service man at the desk! He knows his duties and is spot on! Not too much pressure to have things done for which I did not have the time at that time. It is clear that he is well schooled in greeting and helping clients!

Went with a coworker to support him in leasing his first car and was very happy with how kind everyone was. They helped him understand everything and made sure they gave him the deal he wanted.
