After we made contact through cars.com, the Rosen dealership was very professional in its contact and communication. An appointment was set up, reminders were sent, and then we arrived at the dealership. After introducing ourselves, our salesperson, Gabriella, was very quick and thorough in getting us in the Oddessey of our choice. After our ride, we talked briefly about our options, and left. Definitely not the high pressure from other dealerships.
