The dealership met me 1/2 way between my house and the dealership with the car I was interested in so I didn't even have to go to the dealership. Pam, my salesperson, was awesome to work with. I will definitely return to this dealership when I purchase my next car.
Stopped by Flow Honda to look at a 2012 used car. I really liked their no haggle price policy. I also liked the 100 K car warranty , free maintenance for 2 years , and if you change your mind about the car , you have three days to bring it back and they will cancel the sales contract. Really nice people too.

We stopped one night after closing and were looking at crv. Scott Hale was on his way home and stopped to spend 30 minutes answering questions. We went back following week for test drive and purchased the crv. Scott was very helpful and did not pressure us. He has contacted us several times to see if we were still happy with our purchase.
Went into Flow based on past experience with Burlington Honda. They did a great job all around. No high pressure tactics. They were very helpful and knowledgeable, and let us shop around and take our time before making a decision.

The folks at this business "get it". There is no pressure to purchase, everyone's knowledge base is impressive and they go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. I have been purchasing cars for over 40 years and I have never met a better group of folks at a dealership. I drove over 4 hours to look at the vehicle that I ended up purchasing but my impression of the folks at this business would be the same even if I had not bought the vehicle. When I am in the market again I will give them a first look despite the driving distance. If you are local I would certainly give them a shot. The facility may not be terribly impressive to look at but the buying experience is truly first class.
I had a wonderful experience with Cox Toyota. Justin Dunn was incredibly helpful with everything I needed. And trust me I was very needy! I added leather seats and remote start, they also had to locate me a vehicle and bring it in. Brian Kirkman was also very helpful. He helped me understand all the bells and whistles of my car. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I would recommend to anyone. If you’re thinking about Rice Toyota stop and think again. Cox is the place to buy.
When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Jason Tate who was just finishing up with another customer. He was good and he was thorough. He was also probably juggling 3,4 customer at a time so there were some lulls and waits. Overall decent experience.
I did get the car I wanted but there was little budging on the price. Paid around $700-$1000 above the NADA suggested retail for the vehicle in excellent shape.
Also beware, their doc fee is $599. Around $200-$300 more than some of the other dealers I went to see. And there is no budging on that either. They were adament about that as well.
It appeared they had a very good inventory of vehicles and a wide variety of them too.
Just bought a new vehicle from JJ Rogers at Crown Honda. Very honest dealings with us and gave us a great deal. The vehicle was just what we wanted and JJ worked hard to make sure we were well taken care of.
Needing to buy a van while a hurricane is heading our way, definitely had me starting out in the negative. I spoke with multiple dealerships & physically went to six others. The service Jayson provided was completely opposite of what we experienced with all of the others. He answered all of my questions, addressed any concerns and wasn't pushy or in my face. And anyone looking to buy a car/van knows how rare it is to not have a fast talking, in your face salesperson. I knew what I needed when I went in & he respected that & didn't try to put me in something else. The young lady that processed the paperwork for me was also very pleasant to work with. We WILL be heading back next summer to buy my teenage daughter her first car & she's already made it clear that she wants Jayson to be who she works with!
